No it doesn't. It prohibits bans on abortion pre-viability and allows for bans on abortions post viability except where the doctor agrees it's medically necessary.

It does not push for abortion up to birth. This is a lie.

How many times have you seen these losers ask, "Why didn't Biden release the files?!?! Checkmate librul" only to have it explained to them as to why the files could not be released? Yet they keep lying.
