PlayStation 4 Help PS4 Controller issue (lagging and disconnecting)

I just got this PS4 for a very cheap price, the controller you see on the video is brand new and I got it separate from the console. But when testing the console I ran into a very odd problem, the controller struggles a lot to link with the console and when it does, it only works for a little while then it starts getting some really heavy input lag and finally it disconnects

What could be causing this?

Bad Bluetooth/wifi antenna on ps4 and/or Bluetooth interference

The console connects to WiFi without issue and already downloaded 3 games, does that mean that the Bluetooth antenna is the one causing issues?

It worked for mine I had that problem just do research and some parts are cheaply made an dont work
