[PC] (Web) Hatch Craft (Demo)

Game Title: Hatch Craft (Demo)

Playable Link: https://itsredxo.itch.io/hatch-craft-creatures-of-wonder

Platform: Web

Description: Hello everyone hope this message finds you in good health. I want to start off by saying before anything, before this project I had 0 experience in what it took to make a game. Literally 0. I am also a solo developer So YES I used ai to help me make this game. As a father, worker, and husband finding time to do anything is hard. But I did. I thought this would be a project I can do by myself in about, a week or 2 at most. Since so many people made it seem building a game with an ai is super simple. I'm starting to think those people have never actually used an ai to make a game before, but this is coming from someone with 0 to little knowledge now in the gaming world and is what some would call "slightly retar***" so I digress. Anyways. 11 months later here I am. I'd like to say i'm about 25% of the way thru of "Completing" it but have lost motivation to keep working on it. Something tells me it time to move on. How do I know when that time has come? Anyways I'm just here to find out if the game has any sort of traction and is worth investing more time into and eventually money for artist and music producers. Hope you have a great day and remember you are important.

[PC] (Web) Orbit Pop — a free planet-swapping puzzle with 100 timed levels, playable inside Reddit

Playable Link: https://www.reddit.com/r/OrbitPopGalaxy/comments/1x6c31y/orbit_pop_planet_adventure/

I’m the creator of Orbit Pop and directed its game design. It’s a free match-3 puzzle that runs inside Reddit: swap neighboring planets, trigger cascades, and beat the score target before time or moves run out.

• 100 levels with increasing targets and tighter time limits.

• Match 4 for a row/column rocket; match 5 or a T/L shape for a bomb.

• Shielded planets arrive at level 4. Clear neighboring planets to break the shields and free them; later shields need two hits.

• English interface, saved Reddit-account progress, and daily level leaderboards.

Platform: Reddit web/app. No separate game download or payment. A Reddit account is needed for saved progress. Open the link, tap Let’s play, then Start level.

If you try it, feedback on the timer and shield difficulty would help with balancing.

[PC] (Windows) Bid Rivals is free on Steam — looking for feedback on the five-round bidding

Game Title: Bid Rivals

Playable Link: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4956060/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=organic_social&utm_campaign=bid_release_20261015&utm_content=playmygame_launch_rounds_en

Platform: PC (Windows)

Description: Bid Rivals is our auction game about deciding how much to commit before a crate’s contents are fully known. An auction has five escalating bidding rounds. You can gather information about the crate, compare rival offers and decide whether to raise your bid. Gold is limited, so I’m interested in how new players balance a promising estimate against the risk of spending too much. Items you win go into a persistent collection, and you can arrange them on a display board. The full game is free to play on Steam for Windows now. If you try it, I’d appreciate feedback on whether the information shown at each round makes your next bidding decision clear, and where the interface leaves you unsure.

Requires an online connection and Steam account. Optional in-game Gold purchases; Gold has no cash value.

Involvement: I’m the developer at Crowned Games. This is our released game, and the attached launch video shows actual gameplay.

[PC] (Web) Grid Ops - A Realistic Power Grid Operator Simulator

Thumbnail
tyman-2001.itch.io
1 Upvotes

Game Title: Grid Ops

Playable Link: https://tyman-2001.itch.io/grid-operator

Platform: PC Browser (itch.io)

Description: Hey everyone! I've been building a browser game with AI where you play the generation dispatcher for a 9 GW power grid. It looks like a real control room's spreadsheet screens: there's a generator dispatch sheet, frequency and ACE trends, a transmission map and a voltage screen.

Your job sounds simple: keep supply matched to demand and hold the grid at 60 Hz. Then the wind misses its forecast, a coal mill trips, a transmission line gets hit by lightning, and right at the evening peak your 1,150 MW nuclear unit drops offline. To deal with it you can start up and ramp generators, buy emergency power from your neighbors, call demand response, switch capacitors to hold voltage up, and if nothing else works, choose which neighborhoods to disconnect.

I tried to make it as realistic as I could. Frequency follows real inertia and governor physics, transmission lines have real limits (including what happens if another line trips), voltage can actually collapse, and generators have realistic ramp rates and start times.

Modes:

  • Campaign: five scripted days that build up to Hurricane Delia making landfall on Day 5, with towers going down, flooded plants, and the wind farm shutting off as the eyewall passes. It's very hard to get through without a blackout.
  • Free Play: endless days on Relaxed, or Hardcore, which gets harder every day until it's close to impossible. High scores are saved.
  • Tutorial: a guided practice day that teaches you as situations come up.

It also has dynamic music and sound effects, pop-out windows if you have more than one monitor, and it runs in any browser with no install.

I'd love feedback, especially from anyone who's worked in grid operations. Thank you.

**Game Title:** Monopolist

**Playable Link:** https://monopolist-game.fly.dev/

**Platform:** Web browser and Android

**Description:** Monopolist is a free online economic strategy set in a persistent world shaped by its players. You mine 14 raw materials, build production chains for 26 goods, trade through a live player-driven order book, develop your company and headquarters, join political parties, manage regions and taxes, and compete for territory. States invest real market-bought goods into infrastructure, while wars consume weapons, fuel, drones, air-defense systems, electronic warfare systems, and unmanned boats. The game is currently in open beta and supports English, Ukrainian, and Russian. Every suggestion, idea, and bug report is welcome; feedback can also be posted directly inside the game in the Articles section.

**Free to Play Status:** Free open beta

[PC] (Web) The Nogero Trail

Game Title: The Nogero Trail

Playable Link: https://nogerotrail.com

Platform: Browser (desktop and mobile; keyboard or touch)

Description:
The Nogero Trail is a retro parody of the 1985 Apple II classic The Oregon Trail, played in reverse. It's 2026, your one-bedroom in Portland costs $3,100 a month, and a four-bedroom in Independence, Missouri costs $189,000. So you load up the car and drive the trail backwards: 1,990 miles and 19 stops.

You pick one of three professions (Laid-off Tech Worker, Barista with an MFA, or Lifestyle Influencer) and one of three vehicles (a 212k-mile Subaru, a used Tesla in charging deserts, or a van-life Sprinter). Each changes your money, risks and score.

Along the way you manage snacks, fuel, health and vibes through 97 random events, and cross rivers the way the original did: ford, float, pay a guy, wait, or detour. Two of the rivers are now construction zones. There are three arcade minigames: Fred Meyer Parking Lot Defense, Costco Sample Raid (the hunting replacement) and Wyoming Wind. Your party can die of COVID (again), doomscroll despair, or occasionally dysentery. You write their epitaphs, and later trips on the same browser pass the tombstones.

There's a weekly dare with a fixed seed: get all four people to Missouri alive as the Barista. Shared runs give friends the same starting luck.

I'd love feedback on difficulty: is the Barista dare too hard, and do the minigames feel fair on mobile?

Involvement: Solo developer: design, writing and code.

[PC] (Windows) FLOWFALL Inertia — free Windows rhythm arcade demo on Steam

Playable Link: Play the free Windows demo on Steam

Platform: Windows PC

Description:

FLOWFALL Inertia is a rhythm arcade game where you steer a falling piece and switch between four shapes to fit the gates ahead. Changing shape on the beat increases your score, while clean passes build FLOW. When the course splits, you choose which route to take.

The free Windows demo includes the Void tutorial and Synthwave, with EASY and NORMAL difficulty. It has immediate retries, local best scores and a personal ghost to race against. The soundtrack is original music by ComAdore.

I'd like feedback on how the steering and shape controls feel, whether the opening explains the timing clearly, and how the difficulty feels when you move from the tutorial into Synthwave. The full game releases November 12 on Steam and mobile.

Free to Play Status: Free demo; no key required.

Involvement: I'm Corey, the developer of FLOWFALL Inertia at Spatial Quotient Interactive.

[PC] (Windows) Looking for feedback on my COD Zombies-like FPS demo, Monster Showdown

Game Title: Monster Showdown

Playable Link: https://store.steampowered.com/app/5371780/Monster_Showdown_Demo/

Platform: PC (Windows)

Description:

Hey everyone!

I've been working on Monster Showdown, a round-based survival FPS inspired by classic Call of Duty Zombies.

The game features waves of monsters, different weapons, perks, weapon upgrades, and mystery boxes. The goal is to survive as many rounds as possible while the difficulty keeps increasing.

We recently released a free demo on Steam, and I'm looking for some honest feedback from people who enjoy these kinds of games.

I'd especially love to hear your thoughts on the gunplay, difficulty, enemy behavior, and overall gameplay experience. Is there anything that feels frustrating or could be improved?

Any feedback is appreciated, even if it's critical! I want to make the game better.

[PC] (Windows) I’ve been making a Lufia II Ancient Cave-style roguelite JRPG on my own, free Windows demo is up

Thumbnail

Game Title: Sojourn Saga

Playable Link: https://skotlaroc.itch.io/sojourn-saga

Platform: Windows (PC)

Description:
Sojourn Saga is a turn-based roguelite JRPG inspired by the Ancient Cave from Lufia II. I’ve been working on it for 3 years. You go down into the Warren, a randomly generated 100 floor dungeon, and try to find out what trapped you and the town there. Enemies only move when you move, so it is very similar to a traditional roguelike, although party based JRPG combat.

  • Seven playable characters, and you pick your party based on their strengths and the gear they can use (only four are available in the demo)
  • Foomy companions that you feed spare equipment to, and they evolve down different paths
  • 150+ enemies and 300+ pieces of equipment, with skills built into weapons and armour
  • Ornament relics that can change how a whole run plays
  • A boss choice every 25 floors, where you pick your warden and take their ornament
  • Hidden rooms, puzzles, and odd NPCs who might help you or mess with you if you annoy them
  • SNES style pixel art and a fantasy story you piece together as you explore

The demo is a 342 MB download. It’s Windows only for now.

It’s still in development, and I’d love to know what feels off: how the early game teaches you, combat pacing, whether party and equipment choices matter, or anything confusing or broken.

Free to Play Status:
[x] Free demo (itch lists it as name your own price, so $0 works)

Involvement: I’m the solo developer. I’ve been working on this for 3 years, handling the design, systems and programming. The art and music were commissioned from other artists.

Game Title: Ten Sultans: Ottoman Chronicle

Playable Link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ahmetarifoz.tensultans

Playable Link (iPhone/iPad): https://apps.apple.com/app/id6812641425

Platform: Android and iOS/iPadOS

Free to Play Status: Free to download and play.

Involvement: I'm the developer.

Description: A historical idle/strategy game that follows ten Ottoman rulers, from Osman Gazi to Suleiman. Build the current reign's economy, recruit troops, prepare campaigns and then pass the throne to the next ruler. Buildings generate income while you're away; dynasty upgrades carry across successions. The attached screens show the economy and army views. English and Turkish are supported.

Feedback I'm looking for: after the opening tutorial, can you tell what you need for the next campaign? Does the split between building income and recruiting troops feel clear, or do you hit a point where the next action is confusing? First-session impressions are especially useful.

AI disclosure: development, including code/text, is AI-assisted; the game uses AI-generated artwork and music.

[PC] (Web) Bocage - a browser-based WW2 squad battle tactics simulator

Game Title: Bocage - WW2 Battle Simulator

Playable Link: https://sim.shaykas.com/?utm_source=r_webgames

Platform: Web (PC, mobile)

Description:

Bocage is a seeded WW2 battle simulator that runs in your browser. You can watch it play out one soldier at a time or call in artillery yourself.

Squads use tactics like bounding, pinning machine guns, flanking and assaulting. Most shots miss, suppression pins men down, morale breaks, snipers camp wounded bodies, and medics crawl out to the wounded. Every wound is tracked per body part, and the after-action report follows each man for 30 days.

The seeding means there's infinite unique battles, and there's a 1 in 10 chance of each seed having tanks. The unit system is inspired by Dwarf Fortress, and the artstyle is inspired by Worldbox. Let me know what you think!

[Mobile] Mechaboom: pilot a forty-tonne mech, filmed by a drone, in the browser

Game Title: Mechaboom

Playable Link: https://mechaboom.com/

Platform: Web (browser, on a computer or a phone, no install)

Description: You pilot a forty-tonne mech against waves of hunters, filmed live by a drone that follows the fight like a camera crew. Every shot heats the mech up: push it too far and it shuts down, standing still in the middle of the fight. The hunters come as brawlers, artillery, heavies and spotters. There are six maps, each with its own way of playing: a valley, a desert, a port at night where your heat makes you visible, a frozen lake where the ice cracks and can swallow a mech, a wind farm in a thunderstorm where lightning knocks machines out, and a city whose buildings collapse. At the end of a run, a replay shows its best moments.

Free to Play Status:

- [x] Free to play

- [ ] Demo/Key available

- [ ] Paid (Allowed only on Tuesdays with [TT] in the title)

Involvement: Solo developer.

I'm still working on the mechanics. Would love to receive honest feedback on what works and what doesn't. 🙏

The challenge comes from anticipating how the collapse will change what’s possible next, so that you can clear the entire grid. [PC] (Web) Football Management Roguelike

Game title: Auto Football

Playable Link: https://dsqxjake.itch.io/auto-football

Platform: I put PC web but it should also be fully playable on mobile web too (if you encounter a selling players bug then request desktop site to fix)

Description: Yeah, so this is a Football Management Roguelike. I’ve finally got it to a place where I’ve nailed what I think a good/interesting gameplay loop is. I really just wanted to share it and see what other people thought or what they might improve. It went through quite a few iterations until I landed on a blend of AutoChess and other roguelikes with some things that make it uniquely Football (soccer). There’s a long road ahead and I have plenty of things already I want to add, but for now I’m calling this like Alpha 1.0.0. For 1.0.1 the first things I plan to do are introduce a run save system and fix the pesky dialogue box for selling players since it doesn’t work on mobile.

Free to play [X]

I think the last thing said my involvement? I like to call myself game director/systems designer but I’ve been taking input from some friends of mine along the way so it’s not 100% a solo project.

[PC] (Web) Kart Arcade 3D

Playable Link: https://davidsancheez16.itch.io/kart-arcade-3d

Kart Arcade 3D is a 3D kart racing game inspired by the classic arcade kart racers, built with Three.js and playable directly in your browser with no download or sign-up.

You race against 19 AI opponents in chaotic 20-kart races where drifting, turbo starts, boost pads and items can change your position in a second. The game has three different environments: sunny desert canyons, snowy tracks at night and green mountain circuits.

Besides Quick Race, there are Tournaments (three-race cups where you compete for trophies), a Time Trial mode where you race against your own ghost, 19 challenges, daily rewards and a weekly event. Earn coins to unlock new karts in the garage, each with different speed, acceleration and handling, and paint them in the colour you like. Difficulty goes from 50cc all the way to Impossible.

The game is available in English and Spanish. Controls: WASD to drive, Space to drift.

I recently rebuilt the visuals with new 3D models, so I'd love to hear your feedback on the driving feel, the AI difficulty and the performance on your device!

[PC] (Web) [Feedback] Daily nations-at-war browser game: does the one-move-a-day loop make you come back?

Game Title: Nations War

Playable Link: https://milletler-savasi.nationswar.workers.dev/?ref=r-playmygame

Platform: Web (desktop and mobile browsers)

Description:

I'm a solo developer testing whether a "one secret move a day" loop is enough to bring people back tomorrow.

When you open the game, you're placed on your country's team (by IP) on a real-world map. Once a day, you give one secret order: attack a neighboring country or defend your own land. Every order in the world resolves at the same moment, 18:00 UTC, and the next day you see what your team took or lost.

Your team's power grows with the number of players who order that day and is split by their votes, so the more of your team picks the same target, the harder you hit. Pressure builds up over several days and fades by 20% a day, so it takes a few days of agreement to capture a country. Seasons last 14 days; the nation with the most points wins.

It takes about 10 seconds a day. No sign-up, no ads, no chat. Mobile-first, available in English, Turkish, Greek, Bulgarian and Romanian.

What I'd love feedback on:

- Was it clear what to do in the first minute?

- Would you come back tomorrow to see the result? Why or why not?

[Mobile] Atom Pals cozy pet game, free in the browser

Game Title: Atom Pals

Playable Link: https://mdj1208.itch.io/atom-pals

Platform: Browser (phone or desktop)

Description: Atom Pals is a cozy virtual pet game that runs in your browser. You hatch a little pet, name it, and raise it. Feed it, pet it, play catch with it, and find the one spot it likes being tickled. It grows up through four stages, and when it's ready it curls into a cocoon and hatches into its next form right in front of you.

You can race it on land, in the water and in the sky, play a couple of mini-games for coins, and spend them in the shop on food, toys and outfits. Every pet has its own colour and personality.

The garden keeps going while you're away, so when you come back your pet has been off doing its own thing. There's a cozy mode where nothing bad can happen, and a devoted mode with real stakes if you want them.

Free to Play Status: [x] Free to play

Involvement: Solo project. I came up with the game and made every design decision, and built it using AI coding tools since I don't have a coding background.

Let me know what you guys think
