Here's why many of Planet Coaster 2 mechanics would work well in a Cruise Ship simulator game.

I have started building this water-based roller coaster themed after Skull Island; I’ve been working on it for two days and will continue for a while longer. The coaster features three drops, each with a different angle and intensity. The first drop descends from the skull’s eyes following a 360-degree loop between them, the second drops from the throat at a 60 degree incline with half a second of "airtime," and the third descends from the island’s upper perimeter, reaching a top speed of 50 mph. In front of the island, there is a pirate ship that serves as a restaurant. What do you think or change/add to this?

I have currently been playing through the Double Trouble map recently with the career mode for the first time. I try to go into these as blind as possible and really try to experiment with designing parks and coasters in this game mode. Things have been smooth sailing so far and I’ve been really loving this map and the story behind it…
…cue in the gold challenges.
Up until this point I’ve been assuming that the Coaster Coast side of the park would be one of the gold/platinum objectives, so I’ve been working on really fleshing out Kenta’s side. I’ve got a huge pool with 3 flumes, a wave sim (which is still not making any money) tons of shops and decor. Recently I just added a sprawling rollercoaster to finish the last objective, I’ve been finding that I love making coasters that encompass the park so I basically made a huge U shape that circles half of Kenta’s park…and then the next objectives for gold are to build ANOTHER coaster with a 40 METER DROP AS WELL AS another pool, 4 new flumes, AND 1 body slide. Now I could maybe do 1-2 of those things, but all of them together I simply will not have enough space at all. Because of this I looked up what the rest of the platinum objectives were, assuming that’s when you’d be working on your side of the park…but no. I have to build ANOTHER coaster and 2 flat rides just to pour lemon juice in my freshly salted wound.
Please tell me I’m not the only one who’s been caught off guard by this. I really try my best to not cheese these levels, spending hours and hours on them…but I fear I literally have no other option than to throw some stuff together, but even then I don’t even know how I’m going to fit all this other stuff in this small map?? This was one of my favorite levels so far, and now I’m not sure I even wanna continue with it.

Recently I got the Toybox pack while it was on sale, the thing I was looking forward to most was using the wave sims in my waterparks. However, I’ve found that these things never make a profit, losing about $300 an hour (not including maintenance fees) and usually garnering ridiculous queue times (one time it reached 100 minutes). Is there any strategy or tips to use these things effectively? I really love these rides and want to use them in my parks, but right now it’s more beneficial to just not use them at all.
