Especially from the front, I find my quite empty; I love it to be a ‘full sleeve’. What do you think about the dots?

I courrently have 1 PA and a scrotal ladder with 4 pieces (working on expanding it). I'm also looking forward to get a bigger piece for the PA and a dick tattoo.

It's been a week since I got my PA and I still haven't cum yet. Been fucked twice to curb the urges but haven't cum yet. It's either going to be a huge load as I'm normally a big cummer, or I wonder if it will be smaller because of the sensitivity still. I'll have to let y'all know ;)

Reversed the 2 guiche rings so the smaller diameter is behind the larger. Still waiting for a 6g CBR for my PA. Curious, where I might order quality stainless steel CBRs at lower guages? Also, what are y'all's thoughts on threaded rings?
