Should I get my PA re-pierced? NSFW

I took out my PA about two months ago when I tried to go from 6G to 4G with no experience and didn't work so I just figured I'll call it a day with my PA. But I love the look of a thick PA CBR and never got there.
I'm sure probably going to be like a brand new piercing since it's probably all but closed up.
Although in saying this my PA caused a tear in my frenulum so not sure if going again is a good idea if it could completely rip although not sure if that's a huge deal or not. Or maybe I could be pierced in a different spot.
