If you guys have a guide that has some gear in the ~10 div range at current market prices, I'm happy to follow it. Also, I'm not great at crafting and would feel more comfortable buying gear than trying and failing a craft and then being out the money with nothing to show for it.

I didn't have time to play this league but wanted to do a bit of testing for 3.30 so I converted an old RF character on standard into CWS Chieftan. It has been pretty fun and I've been able to kill bosses/t17/delve ~450 but something feels wrong with the build.

I have my hateful accuser that I use for single target bosses but I noticed something a bit off. It feels like my Hinekora explosions rarely happen on the phantasms during boss fights. Sometimes I will be killing Aul for 10 minutes without an explosion and sometimes I will get a few in rapid succession. It feels like they happen more frequently when bosses are <50% hp. I know it's a 10% chance for a kill to trigger an explosion but it feels like it is significantly lower.

Also was wondering if there are any major things I should change/improve in my build. My current main priority list:

• New helm and put poison immunity on flask
• Watchers eye
• Get new jewels with max fire res increase

I got addicted to Lifestack Lumi (Kineticist setup), but I only played after getting Megablood and other shit, basically at mid-range budget, not in a league start setting.

From what I understand Lumi league start is really fucking rough and chances are its going to get even rougher next league once they nerf Lumi.

So now I'm looking for a similar build, in the past I played specters and golems (<3 Kay), but obviously a lot has changed since 3.14-3.17ish. So I'm looking for league-startable minions or generally zero-button builds that can do actual damage at low-mid-budget (so excluding RF).

What I'm looking for:

1. Zero buttons - its fine to press a curse or initiate the flame link etc or put a Wall of Force etc, but I don't want to be pressing buttons outside of bosses. This is a hard requirement for the build.
2. Does decent damage, something I can easily reach 2-3m DPS with on low budget (<10d on league start).
3. Tanky enough for T16s at that budget, e.g. 4-5k life-es pool with ideally ability to add block/recovery on block early on. Also has to have space for some Chaos Res - I farm incursions and mobs there deal chaos damage all the time.
4. Zoomy? I guess pre-Megablood that means just shield-charging everywhere, but if there's some setup that allows for some additional MS e.g. Catarina Phantasms setup, then all the better.
5. League-startable with smooth progression, I'm fine of course leveling to 60-70 with whatever, but I just want something I can switch to right after campaign at the latest. My biggest struggle on league start is finding my "tempo" so that I can start farming for my megablood.
6. Permanent minions only ideally - I realize there's a bunch of Animate Weapons builds out there, but they require constantly re-summoning the weapons from my understanding. If there's some kind of Chains of Command setup that doesn't require this - that works for me. As long as I don't have to spam skills to summon my minions in every map.

Builds that (I heard) might fit the bill:

1. Frostbearer Specters - not sure how league-startable it is really, Ghazzy said in the guide that you kind of have to invest a bunch for them to start doing damage, so to me that sounds like I have will have to invest a fuckton because my gear will be much shittier than Ghazzy's by default.
2. Chains of Command AG - since AG is permanent, theoretically this fits the bill since you can just enter a map, AG will attack something and summon the actual minions that will clear the map etc, is this how this works?
3. Soulwrest-Catarina Lumi/Reliquarian - this might be actually going away since it depends on specific uniques in current Reliquarian setup, also not so sure its a zero-buttons build.
4. CWS - technically this fits since it requires zero buttons, but its kind of hard to do time-based content with. I'm a die hard Alva farmer and that requires being able to do damage quickly, especially early on.

I'd appreciate any pointers and suggestions on where to look for these builds.

I know the skill is typically played with general's cry champion bannerman but I actually like the skill and I want to try it as a str stacker. Do I build it the traditional str stacker or is there a different way to build with this skill. I'm planning to go mb+replica alberon also. Thanks a lot in advance

I've always been really interested in doing something with Rupture, even back when it was an Ascendancy skill. Now, Rupture looks like this:

• Critical Strikes with Supported Skills that inflict Bleeding also inflict Rupture
• Targets take (20-29)% more Damage from Bleeding per Rupture on them from Supported Skills
• Bleeding expires 25% more quickly per Rupture from Supported Skills on targets
• Rupture stacks up to 4 times

The problem is that most bleed builds go for Resolute Technique, which means you can't critically strike, so I'm very much exploring on my own.

Right now I'm more in the theory-crafting stage. I want to plan something in the range of 600-700 divines (which I know is a lot, but not as expensive as some builds get) and then try to work backwards.

There's a few major questions that I need to figure out:

To PA or not to PA

Perfect Agony Damage over Time Multiplier for Ailments is equal to Critical Strike Multiplier Critical Strikes do not deal extra Damage Non-Critical Strikes cannot inflict Ailments

Perfect Agony seems to perfectly synergize with what I want to do, with critical strikes and ailments, but it's fairly far away from many of the best notables for bleed. If we don't go that way, there's also Critical Strike Affliction Support

Supported Skills have +(70-98)% Damage over Time Multiplier for Ailments from Critical Strikes

Main Skill

Puncture of Shanking seems like the way to go for the main boss-killing 6L, for the guaranteed bleed and increased crit chance against already bleeding enemies, but it obviously suffers for clearing as a Strike skill.

There's just so much in the game, and since no one has really done this before, I can't use PoE Ninja as a starting place for how to get an idea.

I'd really appreciate any advice or suggestions as to where I should start looking.

Hello, I am an old player returning to the game I have always enjoyed CoC FR, and now that I hear it has an alternate gem I really wanted to give it a try. I alrdy had some decent gear but I had a few mirrors saved up from Boat League and decided to splurge on it. I bought the helm for 3M, TWWT for 1M, and the ring for 2M. The rest of the gear is basically leftovers from my old CoC FR. I dont feel the build is as tanky as I hoped and also feel maybe the DPS could be better, but I am more focused on being tankier at the moment.

Right now I am thinking about getting Spell suppress chest, but I only have about 2 Marios left, can get maybe a few more if things sell. Below is the PoB, any advice you could give would be much appreciated it.

I've spent around a mirror on good ol' LA Deadeye only to confirm once again that I do not like dying. I usually run Eternal Conflict + x1 Officers + x2 Legion + x1 Glittering + IIR Chisel + Deli Orb on an Originator map, so yea, it's kinda juicy.

In a perfect scenario, it should be Glittering + x2 Wisps/Nemesis + Eternal Conflict + Legion/Officers, but it's laggy on my rig and it's more about T0 hunting than farming Legion. And it's helluva expensive right now.

I know that EK Charlatan exists, but it will fry my old CPU (any CPU, actually).

Has anybody tried to farm Legion with KBoC? Both Eternal Conflict and 5-way.

Hi I wanted to share a different approach to the Cast when Stunned (CWS) Archetype

Build Idea:

The Idea of the Build is using the Physical Spell skills as they have nice synergy with each other. Use EK of Lingering Blades and Bladefall to generate Lingering Blades and as the main damage Spell use Bladeblast to detonate those Blades. For More Single Target and Clear use the highest DPS Phys Spell Blade Vortex of the Scythe.

Use it with CWS so u don't have to Press the Buttons Manually and also don't need any Cast Speed or other Speed Buffs

Damage Scaling:

Impales with Entropic Devastation
Pride with Watchers Eye Pride gives additional Impales
Cold Iron Point for Levels on the skills
Ravenous Passion for more Damage with Rage
Vulnerability triggered by Festering Resentment on Block
Slayer Cull and damage against unique Monsters

Regen Setup:
Instead of using the normal Regen/Recoup Setup with Defiance of Destiny and Bloodnotch Jewel I went with the less popular version of a Tainted Pact setup
To make tainted pact work you need four things:

Life Leech (solved with either Support Gem or Delve Mod on Ring)
Overleech (solved with Slayer Ascendancy or Petrified Blood)
Taking Chaos Damage over Time (solved with self poisoning with Golden Rule Jewel)
Poison Chance (solved with Festering Resentment and triggering Spells)

I know there are definitly further upgrades to be made to the Build but it allready feels really tanky and can do most Ultimatum Mods especially the no Block and the less life regen Rate, that Glad CWS and Chieftain CWS can't do But also some others.

What other Ideas or Synergies come to your mind with the Physical Spells?

TLDR : I just love steel skills + Impale. Splitting Steel was killed a while ago, so I got back to Lancing Steel. I managed to get a "working build" that allows me to do classic pinnacle bosses, but it's not the most incredible thing either, I'd like to have a shot at ubers and maybe some really juiced up content.

For defenses, I think I'll either go MB + ele flask and/or getting a 4-anoints stranglegasp (changed into a carnage heart for stats probably) for additional max res.

For attack I'm considering Nimis, but I never got one, so I fear it'll be too weird for mapping.

Question is : is there anything big I'm missing ?

Some highlights :

- Getting additional projs feeds the build more recovery (through poacher's mark) as well as DPS, through steel shards which *4 them, hence the anoint + Dying Sun

- Usual Paradoxica to capitalize on + champion's phys dmg to attack bonus / + The Saviour to double FPS (not taken into account by the maxroll build)

- Champion, impales.

Pls Noob Proof about gearing. I am happy that i can buy Fractured Item and roll Essence into wanted t1 and slam Craft and Ex on it and call it good gear.

So I have been following Pohx's RF Chieftain build and have been doing OK up till now. I am really struggling with red tier maps and delve depths around 100 - 110 (lvl 80). I was looking at the crafting guides on pohx.net and they seem a little intimidating as I haven't done much of any crafting and have stopped around this point many times in the past. I am also looking at some of the crafts and don't have enough currency for a lot of them. Is there something glaring in my gear that I should change? Is there something I should focus on improving first?

There is just...SO MUCH to learn. Each league mechanic like Blight, Heist, etc. Then of course there is crafting which feels like hell to someone like me.

I have a level 98 Elementalist and a level 100 Luminary. I've also tried playing Reliquarian with Black Cane and a few other setups, so now I'm looking to try something completely different with another class.

I'm open to anything fun and interesting. I've been considering something like Assassin Cast on Crit Soulrend or some kind of Strength Stacker, but I'm not set on anything specific.

I'm mainly looking for a build that feels fresh, has an enjoyable playstyle, and offers room for investment and min-maxing.

I am pretty new so maybe my expectations are off, but maybe I have done something wrong with my gear.

I am playing for essentially the first time and am following pohxs rf chieftain guide.

ATM I am at lvl 94 and ( atleast I think ) have quite decent gear, but I keep just getting obliterated in 8 mod maps.

I am paying attention not to pick any -max res, less regen, less armor or less block maps, but still seem to die quite often.

Without any flasks I am sitting at 6k armor, 6.6k HP all resistances at 87%, chaos at 37 but I am running an amethyst flask that’s essentially perm. Active. And 1.4K Life Regen.

I also have 75% block and spell block chance alongside a recover 5% hp on block shield

But for the love of god I still die so fucking often in 8 mod maps I can’t seem to reach level 95 😅

I am now just running non 8 mod maps in hopes of just leveling to 95 for now.

Is it expected to die so often in Poe?

Soooo i fixed the shield, changed some pathing and got 90% max res. and ahve now gotten all 4 voidstones on my own for the first time

2. Given I have crit chance support on kineticist, do I need the overcap lightning body armour or Tecrod+Support is enough?

3. Those who do voices + adorned, how do you deal with block chance?

4. Would helical/simplex be that much better instead of my crafted ring/amulet?

Steps I have for myself:

1. Replace leer cast with something with malediction

2. Get 3x mods Watchers

3. Recraft shield to get Max Res instead of crit protection or lightning res.

4. light radius implicit helmet

5. Then either 3x Grand Spectrum or Voices/Adorned

I do switch to hh for breach but i want non ramp dps, no cant cant sell my Mageblood or flasks
