I’m headed to Bend next Monday and want to get together as many toys and support items as possible for the community.

I know this is outside the normal scope of the subreddit, but we in PDX can directly support kids and parents in our state.

Suggestions/advice from mental health or emergency response professionals as to what would be most impactful are welcome.

Let’s try to get our resources where they can do the most good. Love you ❤️

EDIT: Adding in a specific ask for art supplies

Continuing my clean out ahead of a move! Here’s what’s available:

1. Hammock (sun-faded and probably needs a rinse from hanging out in my garage but otherwise in great shape)
2. 14’ adjustable ladder
3. Set of two striped lawn chairs
4. Large foam roller and yoga mat
5. Assorted gardening tools, including a Grampa’s Weeder

Message me if interested! Pick up in Outer SE.

EDIT: got a bunch of quick replies about the ladder, garden tools, and hammock in particular, so I’ll plan to do drawings later tonight! Will send you a message letting you know if it’s yours!

EDIT #2: Appreciate everyone’s interest—winners have been selected and messaged! Will redraw names tomorrow evening if I don’t hear back from those folks.

I have no idea what I have so I can’t field questions- my brother gave me this several years ago- comes with 3 big boxes of expired needles, and then various needles, coil machine and thing it plugs into, practice skin. First dibs gets it. I’d prefer you pick it up. 🖤

Kirkland Winter Coats, rain resistant. Size XXL (women’s sizing). Please specify if you want black, green, or will take either. If there’s a lot of interest, I’ll do a random generator for each.

Please be able to pick up from SE PDX (near Laurelhurst Park) within a few days of being chosen.

This is a massive ask but I figured it's worth a shot. I just had major surgery and won't be able to do what usually keeps me sane, hiking and walking my dogs, for at least 6 weeks. I live paycheck to paycheck and can't work for at least a month.

I used to play games on my computer but the laptop my friend gave me ages ago now has no storage space, an iffy charging port, and a lot of the keys have come off. My phone screen is broken so watching movies etc is... not ideal on it.

It would really change my life for the next couple months if someone has a spare mid-range laptop laying around. No tablets please, I'd like to be able to download games from Steam

Beggars can't be choosers and I feel self conscious specifying this, but I don't use Apple products and a Chromebook or similar wouldn't be able to run the games I'm hoping to play. It doesn't need to be up to hi fi graphics new release type games but things like Skyrim would be really nice to lose myself in while I can't hike. If you aren't sure you let me know the model and I'll look up whether it can run the stuff I'm hoping for.

Thank you so much for reading, it's a long shot but worth a try!

These pieces use to be outside marble tables. Technically the large one still functions (the size of a dinning room table) but it is very aged and do not know how long it would last. Would be great for an art project or whatever your heart desires! The big piece is very heavy and would most likely needs a truck/trailer to pick up.

May be willing to deliver depending on location.

Edit: Spelling

I grossly overestimated how much I was getting from chip drop. Now my blunder is your bounty and there’s plenty to go around!

A good friend of mine recently had a seizure for the first time in over a year, and I’m certainly worried about him having another and falling/injuring himself or hitting his head. I asked him if it would be helpful for me to seek out a shower chair, and he said yes, so I’m just putting some feelers out!

This is a long shot but I wanted to see if anyone has a ticket they are looking to get rid of!! I waited to buy my ticket and now the price is nearly double 😭

Cats poop. Yeah, I said it. But you don't have to watch!

This is a used cat litter enclosure. It was great for two large size high back litter boxes. I put the cabinet and inner dimensions on the pictures. I would call the cabinet itself sturdy... but NOT the feet it came with. These little weak legs are actively breaking/bending. Replace em with something metal or be prepared to move this thing very carefully.

I have cleaned it out with lysol wipes as best I can.

It doesn't come apart easily for transport so you'll need some way to transport a 48"×26"x21" thing. This is porch pickup only in SE but we can help you load if needed. This weighs about 45 lbs and is awkward to carry. If there's enough interest I'll do a drawing EOD tomorrow but for the love of everything please answer your DMs 😭 I will send coordination deets to the lucky recipient.

About a half a bag (maybe 4 1/2 lbs) Blue Wilderness Chicken Indoor Formula, and a cardboard cat scratcher couch from Costco. You take both. Porch pickup in Troutdale.

Barely used neoprene back brace/compression garment. The tag says 4x, but it’s Asian sizing, and is more like a Women’s size 2X. Got it to help with lower back pain, but it ended up being a hip issue, so didn’t use much.

Pickup near ladds addition. the fish tank is fluval flex in white, and comes with a siphon and filter accessories. hoping someone can come get it this weekend. I’ll draw from the raffle friday noon.

Strip light, never unwrapped from its coil, but my kid took it out of the package and the tape came off the first six inches and the connector was cracked. It lights up when you press, but doesn’t work if you’re not pressing. If anyone knows how to fix it or has extra connectors they can use…I hate for it to go in the trash.

Hello-

I only needed part of it and this is a big piece to just toss.

5/8" thick and an inch ot two longer than 5 feet.

Message me if interested! Pick up in inner SE.

Got a spare, unused plant light? I've got plants that need winter light hours! I have one from last winter but have acquired more plants(AS ONE DO) and find I need another light. Asking here before looking to purchase another and money is tight. Thank you for reading! Cat tax!

Box of Pokemon TCG code cards from various sets, mostly from the Sword&Shield era. Choosing a winner 10/16 @ 12PM! Pickup in SE Portland

Nightstand Dimensions 18” wide x 15.75” deep x 25” tall. Wire shelving includes tote as well. Please look up location before commenting.

It has been sitting in my garage for a long while. About 4 feet long, and really heavy. Has mesh top with light fixture. Moving so don’t have time to clean it out before pickup.

My nephew is into some older sports stars and his mother, my sister, wants him to be doing something more academic as well so i suggested sports journalism. I remember liking these quite a bit when i was his age, thought I'd ask if anyone had some old issues lying around they wanted to get rid of. Thanks for looking and all considerations! Get outside and enjoy the Beautiful Oregon weather!!!

I am interested in making some stamps of my late dog, Otis. Does anyone have any tools/supplies for lino cutting that they no longer use?
