Just an FYI for those who need it: this is an exception among iguanas. They have no chill and frequently need to be rehomed because inexperienced people keep buying them and then regretting it. Green iguanas used to be the worst decision offered at many pet shops. They're still not a good choice, but the industry has also recognized that and doesn't offer nearly as many as they used to do so.
Big and painful on every end (bite, claws, tail), they're demanding. The males can be incredibly dangerous, and you really can't be sure which sex a baby is.
