hello po! passed the Aug PNLE and preparing na po ako mag-apply sa hospitals. would like to ask for feedback sana regarding my resume. may suggestions po ba kayo kung ano pa yung pwedeng idagdag, tanggalin, or i-improve? also,

1. ano po ba usually ang mas preferred ng hospitals (Manila/ Metro Manila) for staff nurse applicants, resume or CV po ba?

hi, fresh passer here na nag apply today sa Ynares and they gave me 3 days evaluation duty as a nurse and unpaid. After 3 days duty raw, itetext nalang daw kung pass or not. Edi parang nag volunteer lang ba ko? hahahahahahaha help me

sa mga kunars na binalikan tong mga recalls na to before pnle, di ko kase siya nabalikan at nawala sa isip ko tapos .80 nalang pasok na sana ako sa top 10, may lumabas ba sa mga recalls na yan sa pnle? sobrang hinayang ko talaga eh 😭

Hello! Have yet to get my license (I'm a Feb 2027 taker pa), but I wanted to ask sana what certifications would be best to support my CV if ever I wanted to specifically go for ICU/CCU? And if you can recommend credible agencies/institutions that provide those certifications or training? Thanks!

Meron ba sainyo nagcontact/nag-ask sa PRC if mag-oopen sila ng slot sa ibang PRC branches ng NCR para sa License?? Ang masasabi ko kase na malapit samin is yung Chinatown na (though malayo pa rin siya samin 😭😭)

Bat naman kase 1-2 lang available na branch for licensure sa NCR 🥹🥹 umaasa kase ako na baka may mag-open pa like sa kung san ako nag-apply for PNLE which is sa Novaliches Branch nila kaya hindi ko pinipindot yung Chinatown which as of now asa Dec na pinaka-earliest nila jusq!

Hello, ask ko lang po sa mga nag bebedside sa public hospitals if may personal benefit po ba siya sainyo like you can secure a slot or room sa mga kakilala or kamag anak nyong need magpa hospital? I'm in dilemma between choosing bedside and soft nursing. Thank u sa mga sasagot!

I'm a student nurse and After trying to regulate an IV fluid for the first time, na question ko talaga how nurses regulate IV fluids kahit na madami silang pasyente. Like sobrang haba na ng 1 minute when trying to count the drops, minsan hindi pa tugma yung drops sa order ni doc kaya magcocount ulit ng drops hanggang sa makuha yung desired drops😭. What are your tricks or tips on regulating an IV fluid faster and accurately? Pa help naman po🥹

Hi! Ask ko lang po if okay lang ba hindi makapunta sa mismong date ng appointment sa PRC? Halimbawa November 3 po yung sched ko tapos hindi po ako nakapunta due to personal reason, pwede po ba akong mag show up by November 4 for my appointment?

Hi! Just curious kung meron din similar case. Nakapag submit na ako ng Talent Flow pero wala ako na receive na tracking number. Kaya di ako makapag proceed sa pag submit ng pre-employment reqs ko (complete na reqs, papasa na lang talaga). Nag ffup na ako sa HR contact person for any updates pero wala reply. Sadly, di ko ito na raise na concern last time during the orientation kasi di ko pa na accomplish yung talent flow that time.
