Question question abt excuse dust and smoky environment

I currently have an official Perm Excuse Dusty and Smoky Environment status from the MO due to asthma/respiratory issues.

Before the haze spike, my commanders are completely ignoring my excuse. They are forcing us to follow the platoon around for outdoors and semi-outdoors training shelter stuff.

To make things worse:

They keep telling us "just wear mask" but the unit never provided any masks for us.

They refuse to let us stay inside the aircon bunk or office.

I am already experiencing SOB and chest tightness from walking around in this air. (They do the stethoscope thing on me and everything but no wheezing however, and my lungs are clear so they dismiss it most of the time)

When I flagged it, they just brushed it off. I feel like this is a major safety breach especially since MINDEF haze guidelines say those with medical conditions need N95s or should be indoors when PSI is this high.

A commander said that if my fellow privates can breathe in the haze, then why can't I? I asked again and said that I had asthma, and he replied the same.

I'm asking because I don't know if there is anything that I can do with this excuse

And my home my family fucking disgusting failure both my mother & father fucking assholes and i mean it amd this country ohhhhhh mmyyyy good The fucking EGO & Sadistic People. Theb people here down right have no soul no heart. Only education which is good money and pride. Pride is a SIN. By the way. I've offically given up on Singapore and it's system and citizens don't get me started with National Service that's hell right now for both for us tbh. Also the community is toxic. Im sorry bro that you didnt get the education or standards you wanted bro. It's because of the people ard you. I get it now, same goes for me. At least i went tilll nitec but i was in hell the people and system my god. Low Key feel like shit right now felt like letting it out. Also my nerve damage was bad yesterday 9pm. Felt like heart attack no joke. Mild nerve issue. Fck my life. Fck this assholes man. Also fuck the system . I wanna die. Fck. Srry i hope u read this full. Im not good as of right now or this period srry"

PCC hasn't offered him PES F yet, think only PES D which he refused. He has OCD, ADHD etc and cannot stand the camp environment and its dirtiness. He kena RSO banned cos he take too many MC. He cannot make friends or talk to people in camp and is dying from lack of work given to him. Tell him get MC from IMH he only request for 2 days. When I scold him he go back in and ask for 3 days. I damn pissed and sian also don't know how help him.

Question Stuck on what to do next (Mental Health)

I’m genuinely at a loss about what to do next, and would appreciate advice from anyone who’s been in a similar situation.

For context, I was revocated from one vocation to another due to an unrelated undisclosed issue and subsequently posted to a different unit.

I’ve been experiencing panic symptoms (note that I say symptoms because I want to avoid from self-diagnosis) even before NS, but I managed to push through BMT because I could cope using my own self-regulation strategies.

However, after reaching my previous unit, my panic symptoms gradually worsened to the point where my usual coping strategies stopped working (no clue why i feel that way esp that there were barely any strenuous conducts). I eventually mustered up the courage to report sick and received a referral to SCC. Honestly, I felt quite relieved because I thought I’d finally have the opportunity to seek professional help and learn how to manage these symptoms better.

Unfortunately, since I would be moving to another camp, I was told that my appointment would have to be postponed indefinitely esp because the current camp is a temporary posting.

I haven’t really had the opportunity to speak to my current unit’s superiors about my situation. I’m also unsure who I should approach in my current unit, especially since I’m still trying to settle into the new posting and my reporting arrangements are temporary hence a change of direct superiors soon.

I’ve considered going to IMH, but I’m hesitant because I’m afraid that I’m overreacting or that my symptoms aren’t serious enough to warrant going there. My experience with the MO at my previous unit also left me feeling somewhat dismissed, although I understand that there may have been reasons for how the consultation went. It made me question myself and whether I was being overdramatic, even though the symptoms genuinely affected me.

On top of that, my current temporary camp involves travelling roughly two hours each way. This arrangement will last about 2 weeks but I don't know what future arrangements will be and that makes everything feel even more uncertain and overwhelming to manage the panic. I'm honestly only managing to cope because this temporary arrangement allows me to be physically with my family. Having them around has been one of the biggest things helping me get through this period.

If I can’t get a SCC appointment soon and my symptoms continue worsening, would it be reasonable to seek help at IMH instead of waiting? I've been in limbo coming to almost a month already if it includes waiting for posting in my previous unit and idk how long I can handle this.

I genuinely want to get the symptoms under control and figure out how to manage my situation properly. Would really appreciate any advice. Thank you.

Rant Just a rant about my signing on application process

Just wanna rant about my signing on dream

Just some background info I've been applying for EWOS under commandos ,adf ,ndu and mp since bmt. They haven't gotten back to me while my batchmates from scs gotten their contracts within 3 weeks of applying . Kinda bums me out. My recruiter just told me to do well in unit since I've been posted to 9sir as a mp spec, and try again next year. I heard from my friends that sign contract at cmpb that commandos is very competitive when it comes to applying. Idk whether it's because of my clearance or because I'm minority or because it's competitive.

Like since I was a kid I wanted to become a special forces operator. So my plan is to apply for commando ewos, get red beret and try our for JSFS. But it kinda sucks that the people up top are blocking me from it. While in unit I also been applying for spf,cnb and sps direct entry sgt. As of right now I'm just applying to different agencies so that I don't put all my eggs in one basket. But it sucks. Like I thought they need people for these kind of jobs

Question is this an abuse of power or nah

Is my immediate superior, holding the appointment of Regimental Quartermaster(RQ), allowed to legally force me to return to camp as punishment for a minor admistrative error like filing a document into the wrong file when im on off, then make me stay in camp and waste the whole day. Can i clarify if that counts as abuse of power? Also, I have mostly been doing what he tasks me well and properly, with an occasional mistake as I am human and not perfect, but the moment I do make a minor mistake, he berates me as if the world is going to end and in front of all my other platoon mates and suddenly proclaims he had enough, but when others make similar mistakes to me, he lightly scolds them and moves on. I get that scolding ABOUT the actual mistake is normal, but sometimes he goes on with personal attacks on me that are unwarranted and excessive. Im not an ASA that ck or anything ITS A GENUINE QUESTION. i know some things need to suck thumb and this is the army but i just wanna ask about it
