Quick note: I used AI to fix some grammar and make the post easier to read, but the experiences and opinions are my own.
In my last post, I was skeptical. A few months later, I think I finally have a better idea of what I’m experiencing, and I think it fits the definition of a NEO.
Multiple ejaculations
I kept practicing multiple ejaculation and extended sessions, and over time it gradually became the norm for me. Looking back, I think I was probably capable of this all along, but I either didn’t want to, or maybe I had some guilt around it.
I remember that after doing this for the first few times, I started having anxiety episodes that would last for days. I still don’t know why that happened, but at the time it seemed like refraining from ejaculation helped ease the anxiety. Thankfully, that doesn’t happen anymore 😌
The biggest change is that I’m no longer scared of ejaculation. I kind of just don’t care anymore. What I do try to avoid is getting excessively tight.
If you’ve ever done climbing, you’ll know that you generally want to use as little unnecessary tension as possible, because tensing up too much just tires your muscles out faster. That seems to apply here too.
On the NEO part
In my first post, I thought I was probably confusing the PONR with a NEO.
To each their own, but at least for me, this isn’t a radically different experience from a normal orgasm. There’s a less obvious PONR sensation where sensitivity increases, my body temperature rises, and I just kind of know that something is happening. It keeps building on its own until it reaches a blissful state, and then the heat seems to move through my body.
It’s a euphoric, almost innocent feeling, and it’s awesome, but I don’t find it “mind blowing” or out of this world. Instead, it mostly just makes me happy. I want to stretch, move, and pose in weird positions, which I realize sounds silly, but it’s true.
It also isn’t that far removed from the PONR. I can still feel that my body really wants to ejaculate, including pressure in my pelvis. Sometimes it even feels like ejaculation is almost within reach just from thinking about it.
My analogy is a tea kettle. Instead of getting too hot and overflowing, it just keeps steaming and whistling, and then eventually settles down.
In my previous post, I didn’t really consider this an orgasm. I know it might sound like precision edging or a partial orgasm. After all, it lacks that “pop” and the narrowing of thoughts that I associate with ejaculation. But if I compare the peak itself to a normal orgasm, I’d actually rate this a bit higher. Whatever the right label is, I really enjoy this state.
My limiting factors are mainly physical exhaustion and, sometimes, vasocongestion starting to make my penis hurt from the inside. My pelvic floor doesn’t hurt anymore, which I think is largely thanks to learning to relax instead of constantly tensing. I’m open if you have any tips.
I also chose to post this today because I was able to stay in this state without ejaculating while maintaining stimulation, which I consider to be a milestone. I still had to slow down the pace, but hopefully one day that won’t be necessary anymore (next milestone 😅?)
Where I’m at now
I don’t remember how I ended up on this sub, but I’ve really enjoyed listening to other people’s experiences and sharing mine.
For skeptics, like I was, I’d say: don’t assume something is impossible just because you haven’t experienced it yourself.
I do think this sub might really be pioneering in this area. We still don’t have much solid scientific research on this, so you probably won’t find a conclusive answer right now outside of your own experience.
I also wouldn’t assume there’s only one method. Experiment, stay curious, and pay attention to what happens at the edge of your own experience. How far can you go outside the usual script? What happens when you get close to the limit? Explore it and find out.
Finishing off, I’m still open to exploring other forms of stimulation like prostate and nipple play, and I really respect everyone who overcame the social stigma around that. I’m not as brave as you, but I’m getting there.
