Hey, everyone. Someone told me you clowns were actually playing games on your devices (crazy!) and were running out of games to play. I added a tab for Homebrew ROMs from that pulls its entries from Homebrew Hub, so you should never run out of games to play now. It's live on Mixtape now, so press select inside the app to update to the latest version.

Also in the Mixtape menu you'll see an option to add a Mixtape theme to Onion's theme tool and also an option to add Mixtape to the game consoles which enables you to place it in the favorites folder. Totally optional of course.

I've tested it and it's working well for me. First time you launch it may take a few minutes to sync the Homebrew Hub catalog, so just be patient. Full disclosure as always, this was built with Claude, so if you're not into that then feel free to pass. Hope you guys enjoy!

I lost my SD Card from the miyoo Mini and now i want the Games Back how can i Download them all Back in my new Sd Card ?

They are showing the MMP as a use-case for their new T7 microSD cards.

On my Miyoo Mini Plus, I've noticed some stuttering happening while playing Pokemon Unbound in Retroarch that started out of nowhere recently, and have slowly gotten more frequent.

You can see it in the video at the 0s, 6s, and 10s marks. Note the audio does not chop and doesn't stop playing. Does anyone have any ideas for fixing this?

I have tried toggling:

• V-Sync
• G-Sync
• Threaded Video
• Auto Frame Delay
• Audio Sync
• Edit: overclocked to 1800 as well

My device info is:

• Miyoo Mini Plus, OnionOS
• Retroarch 1.22.2
• gpSP core v1.1.0-6250979

Continuing from my previous post, I’ve finished (for now) my GB overlays. Due to copyright reasons, I renamed them, but their purpose remains the same.

Please note that these are strictly built for the Miyoo Mini Plus due to the specific display resolution.

Set your RetroArch video filter to "Filters for Overlays/GB_noGrid".

Note on the pixel grid: The grid is drawn directly into the overlays, so no extra grid shader is needed.

Recommended Gambatte core settings:

GB Colorization: OFF

Color Correction: Always (Accurate)

Interframe Blending / LCD Ghosting: Accurate

Dark Filter: 0%

this morning waiting for lessons to start i was playing on my miyoo mini plus , when the lessons started i turned it off and put it in my backpack UNTOUCHED until the end of class, i got home turned it on and it won’t open ANY game i have , i bought it 2 weeks ago without any sd included so i used a brand new one and im using onionOS

Something like this for example. (https://a.co/d/0janq4Dg) I heard USB-C headphones won't work without the included dongle, but maybe something like this?

Suddenly the following problems appeared while playing:
The battery shows 0% even though the battery is charged. When i start the device without sd card it shows full battery.
Also when i start the device the last game is playable, but the power button, volume buttons etc. are not responsive. The only way to turn off the device is by removing the battery.

Any ideas what might be the issue?

Anyone have any suggestions for a storage case where I can store some earbuds with the miyoo? The original is just a bit tight.

Im hoping for a separate pocket for earbuds, cable, sd adapter, etc. Nothing pretty, just something somewhat sturdy. I was looking at hard drive cases as a jumping off point.

As the title says, my MM+ with onionOS simply goes right back to the main menu when I try to open anything. Weird thing is, this came out of nowhere (I've been using the console for a couple of years now): I turned on the console as always but the "recent" tab on the main menu is gone, my favorites list is empty, and I can't even open an app. It goes to the loading screen, then back to the main menu. Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm running OnionOS 4.3.1-1 with a 128GB Sandisk SD card.

Hey all! I got my MM+ around 2 weeks ago, promptly starting my first playthrough of Chrono Trigger. I just beat it tonight, and am blown away! I’m looking to start another JRPG. Other notable JRPGs I’ve played and beaten are Mother 2 and 3, FF1, FF7, DQ1, DQ2, DQ3, and DQ4. I’m really trying to play more classic “must play” JRPGs (Yes, FF6 is on my list!). What game should I check out next?

Absolute game changer!! 👌 Downloaded sunshine/moonlight and worked out all the kinks pretty much JUST to play pokerogue on the handheld 😭🤣 Technology never ceases to amaze me but WE NEED AN ACTUAL MIYOO PORT FOR POKEROGUE DAMMIT. Lol

Messed around with some steam games too and that was goofy fun, but terrible to control anything with double analog stick control as youd imagine 😂

Hello, I’m totally new to emulation and retro devices, I’m trying to decide between a Miyoo Mini Plus and a Flip V2 for my first retro handheld but my main question is, how hard is it to install Onion OS for someone who’s completely new to emulation and knows absolutely nothing about it? Should I just get a device with Onion OS already installed or will that make it even more difficult since it means it won’t come with any games and I’ll have to download them myself (which I also don’t know how to do)

I always wanted a Miyoo Mini V4 but sadly it’s not available to purchase anymore. So I came accross this A10mini. There’s a 2.8 and a 3.0 inch version. How are these two devices? Are they the same size?

I remember how quiet and locked in we would be and how we laughed so hard watching each other panic after being spotted. Replaying this game has brought back some good memories of times with a cousin.

Hey guys, was wondering if I could get some help. I've been using the miyoo mini + for a few years now and frankly, I've spent more time troubleshooting this thing breaking than actually playing, and I'm pretty sick of it.

The latest set of issues is this compatibility issues popup whenever I run any psx game.

These other cores it mentions - miyoo mini plus doesn't support. I can't download these cores.

This popup didn't show up before.
It also looks like it's not accepting any of my psx bios files. You can see in the screen shot there's a ! Next to all of them. It was working fine before. I have been reading about this and i heard that the bios file can be corrupted if you turn the game off before hitting close. ​I tried downloading two more of these bios files scph5501.bin from internet archive and other websites and I get the same error. Other people online are saying I need the psxonpsp bios but that does nothing and isn't even in the list.

I'm wondering if these two issues are related.

Any idea?
