Ladies and gentlemen, it’s time.
Long have we waited for the Dungeons 2 announcement and it is finally here.
Expect the community to liven up significantly over the coming days and to see some changes and new faces around here. I will be doing another overhaul on pretty much everything, as well as recruiting some new moderators in the near future. Stay tuned for updates.
Edit: I’ll be lenient on spam posts for now, I’m not going to yuck everyone’s yum who’s waited years to post about the sequel. Don’t expect that to last more than a week though and don’t be obnoxious. Common sense.
With love,

Hey guys,
Just a quick post to let you know that Reddit has chosen to “sunset” all public chat channels as of this afternoon. The mod team was not notified of this in any way, and I had no idea it was going to happen until the channel was abruptly deactivated.
I’m sorry for those who enjoyed using it, there’s nothing I can do about it. I may eventually host a discussion megathread if that’s something anyone would be interested in, but for now, that’s a wrap on the chat.
I also wanted to apologize for getting behind in the modmail, as I’ve been very busy with my final semester of school. I’ve replied to any recent modmails that weren’t random one-word messages or shitposts. Send another if I missed yours and it wasn’t in one of the aforementioned categories.
I may open applications for new moderators again to help with things, as it seems activity has been picking up lately.
Happy dungeon crawling,

If you want a better look at it, here is the google docs link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1SWxCsATXeJLLKjGNtfBcR2glQ72See7qjgnY-39rnKs/edit?pli=1&tab=t.0
This includes every spinoff creature as well. I spent way too much time on this. I know that I probably missed a couple creatures, this will receive updates. This is built off of the idea of when the Minecraft world was created by the hosts, at first there were rifts to other dimensions that eventually closed and also Story mode being a cannon (though outdated) game. This does include creatures from Minecraft Earth, Minecraft China edition, the Minecraft Mini-Series, and cut mobs, all of which have an orange outline.

I don't know if this is common knowledge already, but if you jump attack on one of the jump pads you get flung further than normal.
On some jump pads it is strong enough to fling you out of the map.
I'm not sure yet how useful it could be.
I'm gonna continue to play around with it.

Once you have all the Enchantment Books is there any reason to do random rifts or dungeons anymore besides farming?

Are any of you playing Minecraft Dungeons I for the first time, or perhaps just revisiting it before playing Dungeons II?
I’m a veteran player, and I’d love to get back into multiplayer. If any of you are looking for someone to play with, I’d be happy to help out. I can even gift you some powerful weapons and other OP gear.
My gamertag is D Gregorius. Send me a friend request on Xbox Live so we can play together!

Im the type of guy who after finishing or playing a game alot, I love to mod them and make funny items in game, which i did alot of in the first dungeons game, but with the new online/offline only characters I dont know if I try to mod with my online character with just my friends if there might be any issues that could happen?

What can I do if the login button doesn't appear in Minecraft Dungeons II? I bought the game on Steam.

Hi, so I pre-ordered Minecraft Dungeons 2 on Steam and got both the Twisted Cape and the Hero Cape. However, after a while, I decided to refund the game and buy it again later, once it gets some updates and DLC, hopefully at a lower price. The thought of spending over $30 on a game that only lasts around 10–12 hours was a bit too much for me.
I still have both capes on my account, and despite the devs warning that refunded players could lose them, I haven't actually seen anyone online complaining about losing their capes after refunding the game. I've only come across cases related to Family Sharing.
Honestly, I'm starting to regret refunding the game, which brings me to my question. If I buy the game again later, but this time without the Hero Pack, and log into my Microsoft account, will the game check my license again and potentially remove my capes? Or is there a chance they'll stay on my account?
