Just got my Traska Commuter from the most recent drop. I went with the 36mm with a 7.25 inch wrist because of the white dial and the impression that it would appear slightly larger.

What are your thoughts? Does this look like the right size?

Il progetto trae ispirazione dalla strumentazione scientifica d'epoca, combinandone la grafica funzionale con un uso più contemporaneo del colore.

Nessun logo sul quadrante. Nessuna scritta superflua. Soltanto il progetto.

Prossimamente con cinturino in pelle e bracciale in acciaio.

talk about a blue dial!! just got this in yesterday 38mm vesterhav in aquila blue and it’s truly stunning dial color.

Been eyeing this brand for a while now. I love the idea of supporting a small watch company in my area. After a historic(if ultimately disappointing) run for the cubs this year I decided to pull the trigger on this Farr & Swit Wayfinder North Side Edition!

I decided to reach out for a custom engraving and got put in contact with the owner really quickly. He was super professional and accommodating! Gave me a a few options and charged me at cost in the end

Really love the weight and the finish. The lume is just icing on the cake! Definitely earned my business gong forward.

Clemence obviously has the amazing bracelet and specs but the Galo is extremely charming and I love the colours on that bezel, and the exaggerated dome on the crystal. Is the quality of the Clemence that amazing that it's worth choosing with a slightly less desirable colourway for my tastes?

I bought this PH-5A a month ago and have been wearing it a lot since it arrived. Just over a year ago I was prescribed with my first ever set of reading glasses where my eyes have deteriorated from years sat at a computer screen. So any watch with a great legible dial in all lighting conditions is a winner for me.

When the watch first arrived and I saw a slight green tinge to the lume blocks (pic 1), I thought I’d ordered the wrong colour. I checked my order and could see it said “blue”, which is what I wanted. I then went out in the sun and back in the house to see I do indeed have blue lume blocks (pic 2). It was earlier today that I was watching a video on YouTube which showed the same watch with blue lume but the blocks looked crisp white in the daylight (pic 3)

I’ve been back into Phorcydes website and I can see that they do a neon green option for the lume blocks, but they also glow green in the dark. So what the hell have I got here then?!

The watch I'm building (Coral, the upcoming collection from my brand VERTE) is built around one idea - the push-pull between the moon and the water, tides dragged back and forth by something they can't escape. The first dial was mottled blue, the surface, moving water. This second one is the same heat-oxidised titanium but darker with none of that blue pop - it's what's under the surface. Side by side they look like siblings that don't get along. And I genuinely can't tell if the dark one earns its place or if I'm keeping it because I made it. So don't tell me which one you like more - tell me which one you'd spend money on, because those are different answers, and if it's "the blue, obviously" I want to know why.

Ten years ago, in 2016, we released our very first watch, the Aksla. Named after the mountain overlooking Ålesund, a coastal town on Norway’s west coast, it represents the place where our story began. Ålesund has always been an important part of our identity, so revisiting the original Aksla felt like the perfect way to celebrate this milestone.

It originally had a black strap, but changed it out. Not a fan of the bund, so I don't use that.

Any recs on watches similar to the IWC ingenieur. Tried it on in a store recently and liked but think the price is absurd. Also not totally sold on an integrated bracelet just yet. I know it’s not a microbrand but don’t like the Tissot PRX.
