First-time car buyer! Bought a 23' Mach-E Premium AWD! At 27 I finally found a job working in the environment for my local county and moved into a dream 3-bedroom apartment w/ my girlfriend, thought this was to complete the "adult" cycle. As soon as I saw the color I absolutely could not let this slip by. 0 Down, 29K OTD, 51K miles! SO EXCITED TO BE HERE! If anyone has any tips or recommendations please leave them below!

Just picked up today, 2023 Mach E GT Performance in Cyber Orange, 28k on the odometer. Will be my new daily to complement my weekend car, a supercharged 2018 Mustang GT.

The dealer dropped the car off at my work, and the ride home was a blast. The instant acceleration and AWD launches were super impressive. Scheduling an install for the 240V outlet so I can make use of the level 2 charger, because I know im going to be using up that battery life quick!

Hey everyone! I am new to the Mach-E community. Just purchased a 2023 GT PE with the Nite Pony pack last week. Drove about an hour away to pick it up, I’m absolutely in love. It only had 24k miles on it, was a lease return. I’m coming from a 2021 VW ID4 that was unfortunately totaled. Thanks for having me, pics below.

Although I’m not a traditional Mustang fan, I’ve been eyeing the Mach E since they released, and have probably test drove one every other month since then. Last Friday decided to pull the trigger, and I’m loving it so far. In the last 7 days I feel like I’ve already saved 50+ dollars in gas. Love it! Any tips and tricks for a new Mach E owner are recommended!

Mostly venting.

This is the 5th time since I last posted. This time I got my kids with me and it is 10 PM at night, Three hours and multiple tow trucks have not shown. Finally got one out of Shoreline WA about an hour away. Kids are freezing and not able to run the heat. The nearest motel is several miles away and all rental and dealerships are closed so no ability to get a car tonight. No money to stay somewhere. My insurance is trying to charge me $1k to have to be towed back home. Ford is giving me the run around.

I was told the car was fixed due to an update and they tested the car a bunch and were never able to reproduce it. So here I sit on a dark road, we have seen maybe 1 car go past. Almost completely pitch black.

Thanks Korum Ford in Puyallup for fucking this up so much. Thanks Ford for not fixing an issue that people in 2023 models (maybe even older?) continue to experience.

Also just found out the tow truck is not a flat bed... And none available.

Edit: Looking through the messages for my car show there was a charging fault before we even left home. But never saw anything weird in the car. I only saw the messages just now..

Wife and I just bought a new 2026 Select in Eruption Green. We also looked at the Model Y and Toyota bZ. Model Y was honestly probably my wife’s favorite, but just slightly out of our price range. The bZ was fine, but kind of dull. Also, the color choices on the other two weren’t great, and my wife really wanted a green car.

Haven’t had much time to play with it yet. She’s coming out of a 2013 RAV4, which was a very competent car, but starting to show its age. Looking forward to discovering all the features, and going on some road trips.

No connectivity between app and car anymore. It was previously working fine.

Has anyone else seen this or updated and working fine?

I’m seeing these posts with people with new SYNC features. And mine doesn’t appear to be updating.

It is showing as Version Sync4 25221.

I have Auto Updates enabled and it did get the Parking recall update.

Is there a way I can force a SYNC update? Or do I have to take it in to a dealer for this?

I’m usually pretty tech savvy - but can’t immediately see a way to do this.

I hit the remote start in my Ford app and it just cycles until it goes to a red exclamation point. I've had the dealership come out and they said the car needed a software update. The update didn't help.

I saw the TCU Module/modem problem where it's fixed by resetting the fuses but I dont think this is it as my connectivity menu still comes up.

Any ideas how to fix this?

This button is a shortcut that takes you to your paired phones. This picture is from a 2026 model. I have a 2025 and would love to have this. It would be especially nice to get rid of the stupid Alexa button and replace it with this. Anyone know?

For anyone who doesn't feel like reading the comments what I learned is the 25 model seems to have only gotten the update for this starting this month while other models got the update a few months ago already. We should see this slowly show up on 25 models in the coming weeks.

Someone else commented about this but how do you activate the camera view now? In my picture the button is gone. Can you still do it? Can you get the button back?

Hi all. I’m a big fan of Consumer Reports research and data. I see that there’s a pretty noticeable jump in their reliability scores from the 2023 model year to the 2024 model year. Can anyone provide some context or explanation for this? I’m considering used 2023 models but this data gives me pause. Thanks for the feedback!

When we took delivery, they only gave us one physical key fob. I’m assuming the expectation is you’ll primarily use the Ford Pass app? I have to go by the dealership tomorrow to pick something up and I was going to ask if they forgot one, but maybe this is the new normal. 🤷🏻‍♂️

UPDATE: I texted the sales guy, and he said the second key was in the glovebox. Checked, and sure enough, it was there. I don’t know why I didn’t think to look there, but it was nearly 11 pm by the time we were done with the negotiation and paperwork.

I just got the latest software update. It sounds like they’re laying the groundwork to fix all the touch screen bugs in the 25 Mach E.

Surely others have purchased one of these from a dealer other than Ford, yes? Any issues yall had? What should I expect on pickup - anything different than an ICE car?

2023 mach e AWD EXT BAT vapor blue color/cream interior. 29,000 miles. Asking $30,000. vapor blue

Now im looking at 2024 and seeing if it's worth the extra $2,000 markup. Also read that the 2027s are coming out soon. I felt like a running back in my high school days, running out of there, juking all the salesmen trying to stop me.

Should i wait until November to n pick up my ride? Im dead set on a mach e just need to find the best value!

The Mach E is too badass to neglect a good license plate frame. I live in a state where you need a license plate in the front and the back. Any license plate frame suggestions?

This was my first time charging on the Rivian Network, and I was sweating when I stopped about having to download and set up another app or buy a plan, but nope. It was a simple flat rate - $0.52/kWh, which I agree is a little bit more than Tesla with the membership.

All I had to do was tap my credit card, and we were off to charging. It was fairly straightforward and managed to saturate 150 kW speed as well.

I wish all charging networks were tap & go like this.
