Replacement Please help

My light fixture broke and I’ve never seen this before. How do I fix it?

This is what modern light fixtures are. Those are LEDs surrounding a LED driver. Most likely the driver has gone bad and the LEDs are still good. But that would mean that you need to find that exact same driver and replace it. It looks like it's a simple connection to the LEDs but probably not so simple to find a replacement. It's probably cheaper to replace the entire fixture

Dang it. Thank you. I tried looking it up but I couldn’t figure out it was. Would you happen to know if these are hard to replace? Should I get a professional or can I do it myself?

Please get old type, replaceable fixtures. Their integrated modules pose problems.
