Je suis étudiant à Lausanne et, en arrivant, j'ai perdu pas mal de temps avec les démarches : permis, LAMal, annonce à la commune, banque, abonnement de téléphone, transports... J'ai donc rassemblé ce que j'ai appris dans un petit site, le Vaud Newcomer Admin Kit.

Il y a environ 127 fiches, en français et en anglais. Chaque fiche renvoie vers les sources officielles et indique la date de la dernière vérification. Il y a aussi une checklist des premières semaines et un glossaire (permis B, LAMal, SPOP...).

C'est gratuit, sans pub et sans inscription.
