I found this interesting because there seems to be a lot of support for O'Reilly as mayor, but this gave him a bad score. We all know that splitting the vote is how we may get RHJ again, so seeing this makes me think it'll be likely RHJ goes back in.

My son road his bike to the Dallas town center and forgot to lock it. As the title says it was stolen. Around noon.

It is a black and white gas gas enduro 2.0 e-bike. Peddles have been swapped for composite one up red ones since this picture was taken.

I’m a student at TRU and I recently got a job at FedEx on Dallas Drive. My shifts start at 5:30 AM, and unfortunately, public transportation doesn’t run that early.
I’m looking for someone who lives near TRU or passes through the area around 5:00 AM and could give me a ride to work, preferably Monday to Saturday.
I’m happy to contribute money for gas or work out a reasonable weekly payment.

Anyone done this course? Sprott Shaw doesn't have a great reputation but seeing as TRU doesn't offer a similar program I was looking at Sprott Shaw as the next best local option. From my understanding very few courses outside of LPN are all that great so I wanted to see other's point of views on the course before I moved any further on the idea.

So, who are we all rallying behind in the upcoming provincial election?? I think most of us can agree, that like RHJ, it’s time for Peter and Ward to be shown the door. 🙃 Buh-bye!!

So I just moved here this year and have lately become really interested in pursuing HEMA longsword fencing, or even just traditional Epee fencing. I looked into it a bit and it sounds like they’re used to be some type of fencing club that fell through during COVID.

I’m just asking around to see if anyone knows if there’s a chance of the club reforming or if there are people with similar interests in medieval fencing. And if anyone knows of other clubs close by that could be accessible

Edit: did more searching tonight and found the local club Lynx Armizare and their website swordplaykamloops.com! Just updating my post in case anyone else comes across also looking for HEMA. It looks like they have practices Tuesday nights so I’m gonna check it out!

Voted at the Heritage House advanced polling station this afternoon for the municipal election. It's open until 8:00pm today, and there is one more advanced voting day on Oct. 14 from 8:00am-8:00pm. There is also another advanced voting location (same dates and times) at MacArthur Island.

Voting was quick and easy - no line, no wait, and lots of helpful election staff. When I "cast my ballot" (i.e. stuck it inside a machine to be scanned and electronically recorded), a screen on the machine showed approximately 2000 votes had been cast already. Staff let me know that was the advanced voting total so far at the Heritage House location.

Highly recommend advance voting if you have the chance before the General Voting Day on Oct. 17.

So I been trying to move out and been using Facebook to find a place. It just been hard because I been always feel like I been overlook and just downright ignore after I come to visit the place.
