Born and raised right here in Jeddah, and like a lot of us, I’ve spent most of my life getting around by car. Decided to hop on a local SAPTCO bus today just for old times' sake (or honestly, just out of curiosity), and it instantly brought back so many childhood memories.

Sitting by the window, watching the old streets, the storefronts, and the general rhythm of the city go by... it feels completely different from behind a windshield. It’s funny how a simple bus ride can take you right back to growing up here.

Hello! I’m 18 years old and have had trouble with my weight my entire life. Recently, it’s gotten worse. I’m considered obese and just can’t lose the weight. I’ve tried everything. My doctor diagnosed me with insulin resistance and wanted to put me on glp1 because if I don’t lose the weight soon I am guaranteed to be diabetic. I had to decline because I can’t afford it at all. I am currently financially struggling because of college, and despite living with my parents who have money they don’t support me taking glp1. Is there any way at all to get free or cheap healthcare for that specific problem? And is it even possible to be prescribed glp1 for cheap? I’m honestly considering giving up and just letting myself become diabetic.

كان من المفترض أن يعود صديقي، الحاصل على تأشيرة عمرة، يوم الجمعة 16 أكتوبر من جدة إلى إحدى الدول الأوروبية عبر طيران الرياض، مع توقف في الرياض. تم تأجيل رحلته إلى 18 أكتوبر عند إعادة فتح المطار. نرغب في أن يسافر من مطار آخر، كمطار المدينة المنورة مثلاً، لكنه متردد لأن طيران الرياض قد لا يرد له المبلغ المدفوع، وهو بحاجة للمغادرة بأسرع وقت ممكن لأن تأشيرة عمرته ستنتهي قريباً.

2. هل يمكن تمديد التأشيرة في هذه الظروف؟ My friend on umrah visa was supposed to fly back on 16th oct friday from Jeddah to a european country via Riyadh Air and with a layover in Riyadh. Their flight got moved to 18th when the airport reopens. We want them to take another airport, for e.g. Madinah airport, but they are reluctant because Riyadh air may not refund them and they need to leave asap because his Umrah visa is expiring soon.

3. Is it possible to get riyadh air refund? If yes, how much of the original amount?

4. Can someone get visa extension under these circumstances?

Getting my lines set up again on my Iqama. I keep reading everywhere that expats are strictly capped at 2 prepaid SIM cards.

However, previously I had 3 active prepaid SIMs.

Was anyone recently able to get 3 or more prepaid lines on their Iqama?

I'm trying to find zamzam water but there's been a shortage from the past two weeks, panda, bin Dawood, noon, Amazon

Where else can I get zamzam in Jeddah?

I got a message on my phone that someone has issued an exit and entry in my name. I didn't ask for a exit , entry. I contacted my kafeel and he said someone came and paid the amount through cash and issued an exit and entry for 3 months in my name .and if I don't leave within 3 months I will be fined a thousand riyals (1000) and if I cancel it I have to go to the office and do it through there. And the cancel amount is 200 riyals.

I need help to understand what happened? I don't have any enemy or someone who I have bad relations with. I don't have people who are after me. ? I don't understand what happened suddenly? What should I do ? Should I go to jawazat tomorrow or should I go to the police ?

تلقيت رسالة على هاتفي تفيد بأن شخصاً ما قد أصدر تأشيرة "خروج وعودة" باسمي، علماً بأنني لم أطلب ذلك. تواصلت مع كفيلي، فأخبرني أن شخصاً حضر وسدد المبلغ نقداً واستخرج تأشيرة خروج وعودة لمدة 3 أشهر باسمي؛ وأوضح لي أنه إذا لم أغادر البلاد خلال هذه الأشهر الثلاثة، فسأتعرض لغرامة قدرها 1000 ريال، أما إذا أردت إلغاء التأشيرة، فيجب عليّ مراجعة المكتب المختص لإتمام ذلك، وتبلغ تكلفة الإلغاء 200 ريال.

أحتاج إلى المساعدة لفهم ما حدث؛ فأنا ليس لدي أعداء أو علاقات سيئة مع أحد، ولا يوجد من يتربص بي. لا أفهم سبب حدوث هذا الأمر فجأة! ماذا عليّ أن أفعل؟ هل أذهب إلى إدارة الجوازات غداً أم أتوجه إلى الشرطة؟
