Drops/RNG wanted to try phosani's on my 1350 total group iron for tablet
Got insanely lucky 1kc tablet but the kc was absolutely miserable phase 4 gave me jad hands. Surprisingly full blood moon set was pretty okay against the boss and felt so good getting the proc while doing husks

Drops/RNG Finally got inq helm! /s
Complete absurd Phosani luck, ended up only going slightly above drop rate on only a singular unique and massively spooned on every other drop.
Boss is very pleasant when you average 1/62 kills per drop instead of 1/111

Discussion Bosses farmed primarily by Ironman?
Wondering if there are any bosses out there primarily farmed by Ironman for drops and progression but ignored by mains due to lack of profit or just easier to buy the uniques

Tips & Tricks Mournings End Part 2
I rolled up to the death altar with a catalytic talisman from GotR. It let me skip the 20 items hunt for the dwarf. Just a tip in case it wasn’t widely known

Discussion Vampyrium is a little disappointing
I finally completed Bloodmoom Rises WOW what an amazing quest that was. The devs who made that quest did an incredible job. But now that it’s over and got into Vampyrium I’m underwhelmed especially comparing it to SOTE and Priff.
Feels we got this zone half finished. I really hope they add more features to it that are impactful to our accounts.
Or am I wrong and you found a lot of use from Vampyrium?

Current Grinds After my post yesterday, I went for the Fire cape today
TL;DR - I died at Jad. IF someone actually good at the game tried with this gear and stats, it could easily be done but does take 2+hrs. BUT, if I didn't suck at this game I could have done it!
Made a post yesterday asking if my Ironman was ready to take on Jad and if mage or range was the way to go these days. I wasnt sure if water weakness really made the caves. Got alot of feed back, mostly people saying I need to train my range up and get better gear.
So last night I ran a few Crazy Archeologist to get the rune c-bow, which luckily did not take long. I am not really close to the level to fletch broads, and I did not have the slayer points to unlock it anyway. sooooooooooo I spent some slayer points i got from turial boosting to get some broad bolts.
Got really busy at work today so was not able to afk like I had hoped, but got to 62 range and farmed a few rannar to get the prayer pot supply up.
I had to work late so didnt even get to log in until around 9pm EST. I was standing there, looking at my acc and the gear I had, and thinking about the few times (prob 5ish total) ive gotten the fire cape in my life across multiple accounts, and what people were saying in the reddit post.
And thought fuck it why not.
It wasnt until around wave 32 that I noticed I was still wearing an Ava's Attractor. In my rush to get into the cave I did overlook that. But having only used about 1 prayer pot and taking little over 30min I thought I was in a good place. I was NOT efficient at all. Took some breaks, ate while on the easy parts, hit the bong a few times. I tried to prayer flick the magers at first, but after the first hit of 36 I learned that was not worth it so I just camped pray mage whenever there was a mager I couldnt safe spot and I pray flicked eagle eye through alot of it. Around wave 55 honestly I thought I was gonna run out of pray pots before Jad, but flicking eagle eye I really think made kills faster so I used less prayer per wave.
And I died at Jad after missing 1 prayer switch when healers came out. The Jad attack took me to about 9 hp, I had eaten (in panics during mistakes) all 3 of my sharks and was panic eating purple sweets when the 3 healers that I had tagged all gang banged me. Start time was around 10:23pm, end time was 1:01 AM.
Blood spells were a life saver, and I think the mystic top was needed for it to be worth it.
God I fucking love the fight caves. That nostalgic rush, its just such classic Runescape. All in all, I wanted to try it this early with this set up just for fun. And it was alot of fun!
8/10. May send it again if I get bored.

Question Any tips on how to make the fight caves less of a slog?
Sent a run last night because I was tired of worrying about it. It was late and I think I accidentally switched off my prayers because I got blown up by a ket-zek on wave 53 before I even knew what happened.
I've done the caves a ton of times, but only on my main which has significantly better gear, prayers, and stats. I had forgotten how unbearably tanky the ket-zek are and most of my prayer use comes from simply camping protect mage while they're there which makes dealing with the rangers a bit hard at my defense level. Thankfully, they usually go down pretty quick. Is it just a fact of life at my stats that this is going to suck or is there something I could do better without too much more time spent on it?
Some thoughts:
1. I have enough bone shards to get me somewhere around 63/64 prayer which I intend to do before I send another run
RCB and broad bolts seem to be much more accurate and can hit harder, but the slow attack speed would cancel that out.
There are a couple of accessible enemies (Tarn's lair zombies) that drop range potions. I could farm up a few of them for the ket-zek and jad waves but that sounds abysmal.
Any advice would be helpful. I just want to get this crap out of the way so I stop thinking about it.
Edit: should mention im trying to lazy flick eagle eye on the ket-zeks but the sunlight crossbow fires so fast im having trouble with the rhythm. Id say I got it about 60% of the time.

Question Araxxor Grind? Tips please
Got a Slayer task of 246 Araxytes and decided it was time to start the Araxxor grind. This is the setup I’m currently using for my kills, and right now I’m averaging 4 kills per trip.
I made some extended anti-venom+ potions, but I’m not sure if it’s worth using them here yet... my kill times are usually between 1:50 and 2:10 minutes.
For my route, I’m using Home Teleport -> Fairy Ring (ALQ) -> running to the entrance. After my 4 kills, I teleport to my house, use the Ornate Pool, bank, and head back.
Does this strategy/setup make sense for now, or should I change anything? Also, does it make sense to stick with Araxxor right now, or should I be grinding something else at this stage?

Question On my “barrows/z-axe” grind at the moment, is there a better way to maintain runes?
Right now I’m trying to get the zombie axe during the beginning part of Defender of Varrock quest. Since I also need some barrows equipment (only have torag legs and ahrim hood for drops so far), I’ve been doing barrows runs to supply runes for bursting the zombies. Rinse and repeat. I usually run out of chaos runes.
Is there a more efficient way or? I can’t buy ice sacks from LMS as I haven’t won a game yet. Mainly mobile.
EDIT: appreciate y’alls advice! Going to try medium wildly diaries and some zombie pirates, as well as get my sailing up to salvage for now and maybe some green drags down the line
