Question Front Attachments issues
I need help with getting my tray off my attachments/teeth without it hurting so bad or being so difficult. Does anyone know how to do it properly or have any hacks on making it easier???

Use the hooks. Can get them dirt cheap on amazon. Im 16 weeks in and ive never been able to remove them with my fingers. The hooks help so much and you can just pop the tray off by unhooking it from one side to the other rather than unhooking the back on both sides first. My ortho showed me how to do it as my trays are difficult to remove around my snaggle tooth because they literally get stuck and causes pain trying to remove. Hooks and going from one side all the way round to the other has been a game changer.

Use the removers is probably the easiest option. You can find them on Amazon.
I use my right thumb to pop the outside on my bottom back molar and then "peel" them off up and away from my face...if that makes sense.
I then use the same hand, but my index finger to reach inside the top back-left molar on and then on the inside part of the aligner I use my fingernail (don't worry....if you are a nail chewer you no longer will be with these bad boys...doing this no nails will be hard) I pry the top one down and then pull down and away from my face.
Your results may vary. All I can say is that it's a pain in the ass to get used to at first. But once you find your "way" they'll pop in and out EZ-PZ.
Hope this helps in some way or another.
