Aspen dental

I went to Aspen dental , and long story short they messaged up my bill . they where saying I owed what my insurance said they could not charge me for . I finally got tired of it and reported them to the state . They went and cleared my balance. But I have already paid 700 through a payment plan . Should I push this further , or just forget the 700 , and be done with it all .

They already cleared the balance after the state stepped in? That’s basically them admitting they were wrong. The $700 you already paid was for charges they shouldn’t have billed you in the first place, so I’d push for a refund. Send a written demand referencing the state complaint and their subsequent actions, then if they stall drag them into small claims.
