I've been building an AI enabled helpdesk web app for the past few months, includes ticketing, knowledgebase, CMDB, collaboration tools and much more. I created a free workspace for reddit users to test drive the app any feedback is appreciated.

Hi, a concerning number of employees at my job are pasting source code, customer data and strategy documents into our AI tools and our DLP isn't catching this. What should my team change in our process so these don't become a security risk?
