Mice HyperX Pulsefire Core Button Problem

Hello HyperX team,

I have a HyperX Pulsefire Core mouse, which I purchased through Amazon on 12th July 2025 in India. The mouse has a faulty left click, which doesn't register clicks at all. Could I have it replaced, considering the mouse is just over a year old and has a 2-year warranty?
