MODDED I added almost 300 killboxes to the game so that physics falls will actually kill now, not just scripted push events!

I have hundreds of hours in the game and just discovered it today. The super enforcers among the crowds in Mumbai has to be the most annoying part of the map and had always discouraged me to explore the crowded areas and the alleyways. Even if you get a guard disguise they remain enforcers.
I was doing an escalation there today (the one where you have to kill the holy man) and accidentally discovered that if you have a metal worker disguise, most of the enforcers roaming the crowded streets and alleys of the map turn into regular guards. I was so surprised - I checked back in the main mission and it still works there. There are still a few enforcers here and there but most of them are now gone and you can freely explore the public areas of the map without worrying about running into a random enforcer among the crowds.
I am sure many may already know about this but just throwing it out there for those who didn't know.

Hi guys, how can I kill this target while maintaining a Silent Assassin (SA) rating without using emetic poison in Hitman Freelancer?

Was just looking into real Marrakesh pictures online... they only two things I get from them: where can you spot 47, and what is the best way to approach the target 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I’m kinda addicted to this game. I’ve finished it twice and I just go right back to the start.
There’s something so satisfying about stealth games and the repetitiveness of eliminating people, dragging them, hiding them, sneaking off, repeating.
Some would find it boring, but I think it scratches the repetitive nature of my OCD brain in a way that few other games do. The Last of Us is another, but HITMAN does it very very well.

If you wanted to put a positive spin on it, you could say they demonstrate that the Hitman formula was already perfect and didn't need anything else after 2. Hitman 2 added tall grass which was a great addition, and reflective mirrors with a real gameplay impact. 3's main additions, scanning things with your camera and numerical keypads you have to use, are both mostly annoying to me after having done them once.
The first time you do them in the story mode, it's great. Scanning with the phone in Dartmoor is fun, and you feel mildly clever/sneaky for finding or figuring out the keypad codes to various things, overhearing it from an NPC or finding it in the environment.
But for longevity's sake, in Freelancer, it feels very strange that outside of safes and showdowns, there are exactly two maps that use your camera: the windows in Dubai and one building of China. It almost feels like busywork, having to fiddle with your inventory to do simple functions when a button in the environment would've sufficed. The camera doesn't alert guards and isn't risky to use, so what's the point? If being seen during the time it takes to scan carried a risk, then you'd have an interesting gameplay mechanic, but as it is, it's the equivalent of opening a door or turning off a TV, except it requires your camera.
Keypads are their own problem. I don't necessarily like that all the codes are forever static, because then 47 is extra psychic and just knows them all as you look them up online again, and entering them is just busywork. However, if they changed and needed to be found in the environment every time, that would get annoying and tedious if you actually needed them. However, in most cases they're not needed or do nothing in Freelancer, so at least they're mostly harmless. Again though, I would ask: what's the point? "I feel like a real person in the world typing in these numbers?"
Anyway just a random rant I felt like making. :) Still absolutely love the games, and it's not like these features are a disaster or anything. Just a mild annoyance when they come up.
EDIT: I don't know why I said "phone" rather than "camera." Just too used to phones having cameras in them, I forgot that 47's seems to be a pure camera!

Paris and Bangkok (#11 & 12) yesterday and Miami, Hokkaido, and Colorado (!!) today (#13-15)
I’m about 200 hours in and I think I’ve finally learned how to be aggressive. I usually like to play it safe in this game, but these NPCs have MGS1 vision cones and the more I look at and learn their behaviour it’s like I have a Soliton Radar. I’ve learned to use distraction and panic shots, and I’ve learned it’s easier to just slip past everyone rather than take the time to pacify and hide every one. Admittedly I’m still pretty scared most of the time (Ie Colorado - I could probably take 25 minutes off my time a second time through, but figuring it out took forever), but it is more exciting to push the edges, and it seems to be getting easier.
Anyways I love Hitman so fucking much

Trying to figure out how to kill Lee and Knox. I know that during the race the NPCs in the cars are actually hidden behind a billboard outside of the map area. But I can't just use a sniper rifle to shoot through the billboard because that fails the requirement to kill them with a pistol and Perfect Shooter.
The alternative would be to end the race but I can't use the race Marshall disguise because it's Suit Only and I can't just shoot the cars because that kills non-targets. So the only option left is the dongle but getting it, ending the race and killing both targets when the spawn in the garages within the 3:33 time limit seems impossible.
I guess the “trick” is to find a angle from where the target models are covered by the billboard. But I can't figure it out and would really appreciate the help.

Would allow for more creativity when it comes to 'no firearms' playthrough especially IMO. u/Arti_IOI

Yes this is extremely deep cut these days. No there is no real point to this. I just hear "Ted Ne-elsooon..." every time the music does that.
For anyone familiar with MST3K and/or might enjoy their riffing, the movie is available on Youtube, like most of their old episodes: https://youtu.be/lgf3tyQy5lU?t=35

Agent 47 catches a crime on 4k. Sierra Knox was talking 'bout some "Trying to blackmail my father" or something.. but he's already dead from a "drowning" accident 😔

Most of these are from Blood Money (hell, from a single mission, even)
Uh, don't mind me playing on the Xbox 360 version of the game.
