Update: this is NOT music it’s the game itself. Currently trying to get it to run

UPDATE: got the steam key on the back to work. Awesome

How did I do

What a weird coincidence the name Breen, city 17, Half-Life 3 confirmed?

A new Epistle 3 inspired campaign is now live to play at the following sources:

Hope you enjoy it. Please keep all feedback and discussion kind and respectful to others.

For me it just has to be the gravity gun left click blast sound. Never enjoyed it even though it is iconic.

What are these? lol

Picked up Half Life 1 + 2 on sale and doing a first time playthrough.

The atmosphere, soundscape + effects, and voice acting is incredible and after 1 hour found myself more immersed than alot of games in the past 20 years.

Excited to finish 1 and start 2! ( Also, is Half Life 3 actually coming? )

I feel like if we ever get a Half-life movie, I would like it to be similar to the new resident evil movie, and original story that takes place in the universe that doesn’t rely on you having knowledge of the games to enjoy them. I know Zach cregger’s Resident Evil doesn’t take place in the same universe as the games, and that’s fine. But I think a Half-life film can actually make a movie that does take place in the same universe of the games ,and tell an original story, with original characters. What if we got a film that took place alongside HL1 during the Black Mesa incident kind of like the expansions or better yet what if we had a game that took place in between the events of Half-life 1 and 2 during the portal storms, it could just be a film about people trying to survive from Headcrabs, Ant-lions, and maybe even Vortigaunts, before they turned good, there would also be much more room to create original content for the universe. It should be similar to this film because it should just be about one person trying to find weapons, survive, fight aliens, and beat the odds. Smart people surviving against all odds is what the Half-life series is kind of about. I think if they were going to adapt Gordon story it would work better as a TV show, rather than a movie franchise.

When i try to play the game the window disappears but things are still happening. I dont have this issue when doing the training but idk why the main game does this

This is the order I'm gonna do it

• Half Life or black measa
• Half Life Blue Shift
• Half Life Opposing Force
• Portal
• Half Life 2
• Half Life 2 Episode 1
• Half Life 2 Episode 2
• Half Life Alyx
• Portal 2

But idk wether to play black measa or the original half life

Who needs the long jump module when the local wildlife is more than happy to launch you across the entire dimension for free?

I shot at him A LOT of rounds and he did not die. Why?

Hey everyone! I've been curious about something and wanted to ask the Half-Life community: what originally got you into the series? For me, I first got into Half-Life when I was around 15 years old and still in high school. I remember getting The Orange Box for the Xbox 360, which was how I was introduced to Half-Life 2.

I honestly can't remember exactly what made me interested in Half-Life back then, but I remember playing Half-Life 2 around 2014–2015. I went back to it again in 2017, but after that, I didn't really return to it until recently. Long story. After all these years, I finally finished Half-Life 2 and Episode One. I've also played the original Half-Life from 1998 a while ago.

It's interesting looking back at when I first discovered the series compared to where I am now. It's funny how something I picked up all those years ago eventually became a series I wanted to revisit. I'm curious about everyone else's experiences. Did you discover Half-Life through the original 1998 game, Half-Life 2, The Orange Box, YouTube, friends, or something else entirely? And what was it about Half-Life that made you interested in the series in the first place?

I'd love to hear your stories and memories!
