Well, this was the Avengers/Aliens crossover, and Sinister checked out the xenomorph and decided he was on it's side now. Naturally, this fucked things up for a lot of people.
He kinda turned himself into a xenomorph, merging his dna with the alien's. This new Sinister xenomorph then promptly destroyed the rest of the Sinister clones in a rather humorous exchange.

that's what the ordo xenos wants you to think. i've done conclusive tests on this, and not once did the orangutan make a gun when i gave it a box of scraps. on the other hand, when i gave it a gun it immediately killed several dozen people while holding up the local manufactorium.

I still don't understand why they put mutant Unit 731 in charge of anything, imagine someone post WWII putting Mengele as the minister of Health or some shit.
