MODERN BETA HALLOWEEN EVENT IS HERE!
This year, for a limited time (October 16 - November 2), take to the nether to engage in some ghastbusting! Fireballs hit back at ghasts will now instantly kill them, dropping the elusive FIRE item!

Use the classic recipe to craft a set of CHAINMAIL ARMOR out of this fire! Flex your ghastbusting prowess to others and keep this rare armor set even after the event has ended.

If you missed out on last year's event, the CAPE CHALLENGE returns! Finding and mining 25 naturally generated pumpkins will award you with the Halloween cape! However, once you mine the first pumpkin, you may wish you hadn't... but get all 25 and the noises will end! You may also find some other spooky surprises as you mine more and more pumpkins until the end.

The event will begin following the nightly server restart tonight!

Im not sure if 1.3 is still golden age but it started as a 1.0 world and i moved through different version when im bored

I know a lot of you have been liking to see the world so I figured I’d share some of the stuff I’ve already done since I haven’t made much progress other than expanding my outer wall today

Spoiler alert: I did not experience beta Minecraft but I am heavily inspired by YouTuber Dialko’s videos and I am extremely interested in this era of Minecraft and building with the same blocks and matching the settings and everything. Especially the creepy and dark corners vibes of the wood and glass. Any comments/tips would be appreciated

Im confused, one of my older online friends on discord sent me a message saying “this is Alpha 0.0.0” and he attached a file titled “D13.” I opened it and in it are four files/folders: “Minecraft.jar” a .bat file (which i know is for running the game) a “natives” folder and an mp3 file titled “deathscream.mp3” i havent opened any of the folders yet because i want to get some advice from people online. who knows, this could just be like a mod or something like NSSS.

6th hour, wanted to go mining for more resources, did not find diamonds :(
