Demographic In Mount Duneed

Hi All,

I’ve been living in the South-Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne since birth and have lived in one suburb where 95% of the population is one demographic (country of origin)

Can anyone shed some light on the demographics in the area without labelling me racist etc.

TYIA!

Cheers

You'll need to move into a rural area if your main objective is to avoid it

Please dont come to Mount Duneed if seeing a person of another race makes you scared, we don't really need that kind of insecurity.

NGL I'll probably just go straight to racist.

Better off going to Point Cook if you don't want 95% of the population to be from one country; Point Cook is the most multicultural suburb in Australia with people from 146 different countries, according to the census. Cheers.

I don’t know why anyone would want to buy in a new estate in the first place. Buying in an established suburb is the only way to go imo. Yes I know they were once new estates themselves but over time you have a wider range of people in them. Old and young families. Owners and renters. People from all walks of life. What is the attraction of new estate living?

brand new fixtures is my guess. my appeal was it was cheap for us uni students, but loud with construction so we moved out (amongst other reasons). they also accept anyone and everyone for rentals because there’s so much supply
