This is garageband adjacent since it involves mixing it, but please remove if not allow.
I normally take my macbook and hook it up to the bluetooth speakers in my car, sit there and start mixing.
My 2022 Atlas is not playing any audio from my Bluetooth connection of my laptop anymore. I tried all the internet steps. Is there somebody out there who has this same problem? And found a fix?

Hey everyone,
I was doing my daily composition today, then I realized something interesting: even with some track volumes completely into the red, the audio don't distort or clip at all.
Interestingly, GarageBand has a few "safety" effects built in, that basically avoids digital clipping.

32-Bit Float Engine:
Internally, the app processes audio with 32-bit floating-point depth. Each floating-point changes how loud a sound can be represented there.
| Floating-Point Depth | Hard ceiling |
|---|---|
| 16-bits | 96dB |
| 24-bits | 144dB |
| 32-bits | 1528dB (770dB above 0dBFS) |
This means GarageBand can virtually handle a inaudible (and not even survivable) sounds.
(Just a fun fact, if you manage to produce a 1000 - 1100dB sound wave, it will break the Law of Physics and the sound medium will collapse into a Black Hole.)
Summing at the Master Bus:
Individual tracks are combined into a single stereo master channel. While each track might handle 32-bit floating points, an exaggerated massive volume may flood the master channel.
How do GarageBand handles that? It decreases the other track volumes by using Automatic Gain Control (AGC), or a simple Limiter.
Implicit Normalization and Master Limiter:
When you export, it analyzes the absolute loudest peak and scales the whole track so it sits at 0 dB (usually adjusted to the standard 24-bit or 16-bit ceiling of 0dB).
And also, there is a built-in limiter applied to the master output by default. When the volume hits the ceiling, it just squashes the audio down instead of letting it break up into digital distortion.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hi I haven't posted any of my music here in a WHIIILE I need to do that more.
I'm working on album I'm working on where I try to sample as much random stuff as possible that I can find. I've had a bunch of friends send songs/audio to me and I'm making a list of just anything ever I can get my hands on.
This is part of the first song, rlly proud of ittt!!

Brand new to both GarageBand and this sub. Is there an obvious answer to whether I should go with E-Drums or a Keyboard for making music (beginner) within GarageBand? Or is it personal preference?
E-Drums seem like it would be more fun, but Keyboard seems as though you could do both drums and obviously keyboard.
If I were to go with E-Drums, I assume I would use the iMac for generating the keyboard sound (if applicable).
Generally, I’m just asking if there is an obvious one of the two that works better with GarageBand. Thanks!
