Two of their guides are literally criminals (or were). Eric Swanson, who is now dead, and Branden Trager. One of their home boys is literally high on drugs now in all his videos (Jordan), I believe he broke away from addicted and is doing his own thing now. Not a fan of them exploiting natural resources for profit. Their fan base seems to be extremely uneducated and culty…just not a fan of anything they do.
I will say that if they get the younger generation interested and involved in fishing, that’s a win.

I'm with you brother. They've blown up so many spots it's ridiculous. I understand teaching people how to fish and showing them knots, lures, techniques, etc., but you don't need to tell people where.

Any good bank spots on the Chehalis inland, closer to I 5?

Mouth of the skookumchuck in centralia behind boat park is hot

Not really, it’s been very slow. Mostly dark kings, we need more rain, I bank fish it almost everyday. Further upriver has some fish but the lower areas really need water. Satsop is the way to go for coho right now.

I didn’t see not any darkness out there yesterday but that doesn’t mean there not there. And I’m sure with how low the satsop is that they’re definitely in there

You have much better luck than I! Nice fish brother! I’ve just been hooking the boots more than not going for the silvers.

Thank you, I was using a sparkling chartreuse and chartreuse bladed blue fox

There’s a small circle of calm water on the far side of the chehalis from the mouth of the satsop that they were holding in 😉

Was this closer to the Satsop?
There’s some good fishing around those parts. Silvers of the Satsop is some of my favorite fishing.
Nice ones!

How packed was it? Been trying to fish closer towards that General area from the bank.

Yup, I've gotten 5 limits from there so far. Waiting to get my sled back so i can go back before it isn't good fishing

It was definitely on fire all morning yesterday. Hopefully you’re able to get back on the water soon

Heck yeah, right on! Sounds like a solid day out there. Im new to the jet sled life and have only taken it to the chehalis and the duwamish. Im looking forward to hitting the skagit a few times, the cowlitz and the lewis.

Good idea! On the cowlitz the mouth of the tootle has been hot and then we were at the mouth of the satsop and as you can see we did well

Thanks for the idea, I'll have to check it out. I might even take it to the humptulips here soon once the limit bumps up to 2 adult coho limit. Something about that river i love.

Crazy for a guide to have you take an illegal photo on his boat, guides are a plague.
