• It was rather yellow and had a distinct lemon flavor

• It was in appearance like a small cake or muffin, but not exactly the traditional muffin shape, so was likely not baked in a muffin tin (but definitely baked in a mould/form of some kind)

• It had some powdered sugar on top

Most plain yogurts (luonnonjogurtti) I see in K-Market or Prisma are described as "mild" (miedon makuinen) and are quite sweet, but I prefer that distinct tangy/sour profile and runnier carton-yogurt texture.

My apartment building recently switched its internet provider from Elisa to DNA. According to the letter from DNA, I have to request activation of the subscription myself.

I tried to do that through the request page on their website, but it doesn't work.

I called their customer service twice, and after fighting back against their subscription pitches for 20 minutes straight each time, I finally requested activation. But one week later, it still didn't work.

Since then, I've visited a DNA Store twice.

During my phone calls and first store visit, the salesperson insisted that I needed DNA's router, so I agreed to take one. Yet the internet still didn't work. On my second store visit, I was told that it actually hadn't been activated yet, but that it would now work within an hour. Three days later, I still have no DNA connection. When I returned to the store for the second time, I wanted to return the router, but the salesperson refused to take it back and told me I could return it on another visit, for whatever reason.

At this point, I'm frustrated by the repeated promises that the connection would be activated, but even more by their desperate attempts to push their router to the point that they lied about the internet not working without it, even though their website says otherwise, and by their refusal to accept its return.

Are they making an insane amount of money by collecting cookies through these routers and selling this data, or what? Why sacrifice customer orientation so much, and in favour of what?

What should I do before I go to their store in an attempt to convince them to take their router back for the third time?

The whole thing has taken so much time that, in hindsight, I shouldn't have opened that letter; it would have been better to throw it in the bin.

For comparison, when I activated my home internet with Elisa a year ago, the whole process took about 20 minutes through their app.

TL;DR: DNA really wants to sell me a router, guys!

Hi! I’m looking to print a customized journal/guided diary that I designed myself. I’d like to start with a few copies as prototypes, and if it turns out well, potentially develop it into a small commercial side project.

Most services I’ve found through Google are around €65 per journal (I can't believe it can be priced that much for a basic print), which feels way too expensive, especially for small batches.

Any recommendations for affordable printing services in Finland (or Europe that ships to Finland)? Ideally somewhere that can do small quantities initially and larger orders later.

Product Specifications: Roughly 200 pages, A5, with black-and-white duplex printing inside. Only the cover would be full colour. I’m interested in both hardbound and a sturdy/stiff paperback option. Ideally good-quality writing paper and a clean, elegant finish (matte/soft-touch if possible).

When you look into Finnish media, fashion, and marketing, it often feels like you only ever see a black-and-white picture (races) of society.

Yet, Finland is home to so many people with roots all over—South Asia, East Asia, South America, the Middle East, and beyond now. By focusing almost exclusively on just two racial backgrounds, the media creates an imaginary division. It subtly tells some people they belong in the picture, while rendering everyone else invisible.

This lack of representation isn't just about ads or TV screens; it has real-world consequences. It affects how people are treated based on skin color, and as an Asian guy trying to build a life here, it honestly makes integration that much harder when you feel like you don't exist in the public narrative.

Media shapes reality. If we want a truly inclusive Finland, our public spaces and commercial stories need to actually reflect what the country looks like today.

Hello, I’ll be in Kittilä for a week in February and I’m looking for the most beautiful winter hike within roughly 2-3 hours drive (I've been to Lapland and I liked driving in the snow).

I am comfortable walking with snowshoes but I don't know what hikes are doable in that season and how easy it is to follow the trails.
