Thinking about writing an apology letter to my ex
Hello! We broke up 3 years ago and I want to apologize again. Im kinda schizo not gonna lie, but there have been a lot of weird activities on my phone. Do you think thats a good idea with the letter?

What did you do that you want to apologize? What do you mean that you are schizo?

Cheating is bad. If you really feel bad about that and have changed for the better then tell him you are sorry. It could be that you don't hear nothing from him but atleast you tried to apologize

Don’t bother . They won’t even read it . I know you mean well . Your ex is distancing themselves from you . That letter will go straight in the bin . Save your time and effort . Grieve your loss and keep busy . All the best

Nah man, speaking as someone who gets one of these every few years from different exes… it’s just irritating. Have a friend send me some money for you, that’s an apology we can take to the bank.

It’s totally up to you and what you want. If you want to apologise and expect nothing in return e.g. Can handle it if they ignore it, can handle it if theyre defensive or annoyed etc then said it but you have to be clear of why youre sending it

Apologize again?
Just move on. Keep no contact, and continue to work on yourself.
This would come off as desperate to me.

If he said to not contact him, then no.
If he said to contact him and it's been 3 years, then no.
It's been 3 years. Let it go. Maybe write it and save it for the possiblity of one day running into him and not a moment before. Leave it up to chance.
I also recommend writing a goodbye letter but never sending it. I keep mine in my notes app to remind myself when I strangely start missing him.

Absolutely not walk away and never look back. Don't even think about them. Do some serious self care and love yourself more. Explore the world and find happiness.
