This is Inhumane NSFW

The riots & protesting are heating up. A guy was simply walking down the street and he started getting attacked for no reason.

We've received so many reports from this thread and so much nasty stuff has been said here, come now guys. Locking so we can all calm down a bit.

When will our country realize that our government is our BIGGEST problem. That's primarily my issue with March and March. Imagine if they could put their collective effort into making our corrupt government officials accountable.

My most sincere apologies to that man.

Ahh well this is the government finding a scapegoat to distract and direct the common man from the ruling elites failings. The government divides us to keep us fighting each other so we dont all realise its the government that is oyr common enemy

The government is composed of the people by the people. It’s just so self destructive

Practically, how do they go about doing this?

Voting out the government that's been openrly corrupt for the last two decades would be a good start.

I suppose we're to believe they checked his immigration status and documents before they started assaulting him, right? Smh

And when you see the comments on social media, it's a joke and people are laughing. We have really lost the plot as South Africans

The same people that go on about racism seem to have no problem with tribalism.

Next week they'll be saying "my friend my friend" while asking for credit

this is absolutely dishonest as people asking for credit at spaza shops isn't common as u're making it out to be, the only reason you could think such is common are your racist biases

Lol I'm black and am a spaz a/corner store regular. Credit and discount requests are common

and being black doesn't make you any less of a white supremacist, its actually worse when you're even unaware

You did not just crawl out of the gutter 7 hours later to delete your comment and write a new one after being aired.

Peak unemployed behavior.

He had to try and dig deep to find an argument to go against what you saying...even he wasn't convinced by it when he posted it lol

complaining bout late replies is peak unemployment behavior ironically, and deleting a comment cuz I missed some context is definitely no problem for me, I know you wanted it to stay for your ego boost but sorry its gone now, cry me a river

They didn't try to miss...yet the SAPS missed every shot they fired that day...the best they could do when cornering a group of criminals is say phuma...useless

In a perfect world, and I'm fully aware that we don't live in one, people in South Africa and across the world would treat one another with basic kindness, dignity and respect, regardless of skin colour, religion, culture or background.

I've always believed that a person's character should be judged by how they treat others, not by the colour of their skin, what they believe in or where they come from.

I try to live by that principle every day, although I know not everyone shares that outlook.

What I've never understood is why we allow our differences to divide us when those very differences are part of what makes humanity so fascinating.

Imagine how dull the world would be if we all looked alike, thought alike and believed exactly the same things.

We don't have to be the same to respect one another.

We just have to recognise the humanity in each other.

It must be embarrassing to be a normal human being in Saffaring today?

It's embarassing every day.

The context is a bunch of kids decided to attack an unknown person because they looked different from them. Just like this WWII picture from Germany, do you need context here?
