Welcome to r/DetailCraft, where we are dedicated to the smaller details! Our purpose is to provide a platform for showcasing intricate details that can be incorporated into larger structures, as well as sharing the techniques and thought processes involved in creating them. By sharing our knowledge, we hope to inspire others to incorporate similar details into their own builds and continue to improve their skills.
Please note that we do not allow posts of detailed builds unless the details are explicitly pointed out and explained within the build. We want to focus on the small details that make a big difference, rather than just showcasing large and impressive builds. As such, we encourage you to share your smaller creations that demonstrate your attention to detail and your unique building techniques. Let's work together to make our Minecraft worlds more beautiful and detailed!
If you have any questions, be sure to ask our moderation team!

Here’s a closer look at the Supreme Court’s detailed spire! It’s highly ornate, with beautiful railings that really help highlight its design.

Hi everyone! I recently started a YouTube channel where I share my Minecraft ideas, focusing on building functional things without using any mods.
I've come up with a few working bathroom designs that I think are fairly simple to make, using scoreboards and command blocks.

Version: 1.21.1, multiplayer
I made this forge with the idea of having a small lava generator in the middle, but then since the build is a sphere, I have not found what I could add to my walls (decorations or else)
Any help and constructive criticisme is always appreciated!

Details:
•Invisible item frames are used for displaying items.
•The hanging fish are made using leads attached to boats.
•The boats are positioned so their bows stick out of the wall like drawers — one of them is home to a live rabbit!
•The cat faces on the signs are Unicode characters, colored pink and covered with glow ink.
•Custom player heads are also used for decoration.
Version: Java Edition 26.3

I'm making my own spirited away bathhouse and i adored the mechanics of pulling the clean water token and water came rushing out into the bathtub. I don't know any redstones at all I'm only good at building, is there anyone that can help me with this?

I FIGURED OUT HOW TO MAKE PLATES WITHOUT MAKING THE ITEM FRAMES INVISIBLE
i understand cushion kinda suck on bugrock but holy crap new decor tech

on the Nintendo (how I play mc) I placed a end portal frame (no eye inside it) a Cushion on top, and then place a different block under it (obviously) and then place an item frame on the block. It’s a tad tricky, but then you can place your item in it! (Ex, food for a plate.) But bedrock used to have ugly plates. What do you think? I’m probably not the first bust I discovered this on my own.
ALL HAIL THE CUSHION

I was just messing around and realized I could do this. This and things like it could be used in theme park builds.
