Beware Stubhub

Last week I was in Las Vegas with my GF and we decided to see Cirque du Soleil. I found two good seats together for just $298 and purchased them. I got the email confirmation from Stubhub and confirmation from Chase that my card had been charged. I figured great and that I'd get the $150 credit to boot.
An hour later I got an email that said my tickets were cancelled but by then I wasn't watching my email and so didn't find out until a couple of hours before the show. So now tickets directly through Cirque du Soleil for less good seats cost me $348 and of course did not earn me the $150 credit. I don't know why Chase would choose to have any association with Stubhub. It's only going to hurt their own reputation.

Business CSR stuck in UPS

Got approved Monday and asked to expedite, was told ~2 business days, nothing in the mail as of this morning.

I called and got the UPS tracking number, but it just says "label created". The CS rep kept insisting the card was already shipped. Contacted UPS and they were completely useless bots reading off of a manual.

Anyone experience this? Didn't expect a "premium" business card to have such sloppy service. You would think they want to get the card to you ASAP so they can start making money off of you.

$4k to $75k for the year?

Hi,

Last month I signed up for another credit card (bilt) and have moved my spend away from csr. I just realized I'm $4k away from the $75k spend benefits , we are not southwest flyers but I suppose the chase store credit is worth something, not sure if the hyatt and ihg status has much value but we do stay at those hotels.

perhaps we could build a vacation around southwest (we are retired and travel a lot) but not many flights out of ny.

thoughts?
