Discussion Fiber

How do yall get your daily fiber since we don’t eat wheat anymore? what are your fav go to everyday or weekly staples? I feel like we are very protein heavy as a culture but not fiber heavy.

I LOVE the banza pizza crusts. The pasta is just... okay for me, but the pizza crusts.. oh man.

Seconded. The texture is the best of the gf crusts I've tried, and the macros are far better.

I also love chickpea pasta, but I realize it's a bit controversial. My husband can eat gluten just fine, but he absolutely cannot digest chickpea pasta -- it just wrecks him, and he's on the toilet all night in terrible pain.

haha fair enough! i know it’s not for everyone and it took me a few tries to learn how to cook it just right for me.

the cavatappi is my favorite, i feel like it has a more traditional pasta texture compared to some of the other shapes i’ve tried!
