Where are all the cool Halloween events at? Doesn’t even need to be on Halloween but like the weekends before too. Not frat parties but places with college aged people. Last year my roomies and I went to a bar and it was all middle aged people and the dj played niche 90s/2000s music which wasn’t the vibe. Also not trying to go LA but willing to drive a little.

so my MCS award increased it looks like on my bronco portal. it no longer says Estimate MCS it has the official amount and scheduled disb. date as 09/21/2026, so hypothetically… what does that scheduled date mean?
