I have slept like a normal person for the last three nights, and it has been heavenly 😊

Don't have one, as evidenced by the crappy sleep I had last night, lol.

Since entering peri-menopause my sleep habits have been a dumpster fire, which is why I was so very happy about three good nights in a row.

Such is life 😊
