Sleeeeeeep

I have slept like a normal person for the last three nights, and it has been heavenly 😊

I had a stressful meeting on Monday and I didnt sleep well Monday night and Tuesday was ok but not enough. Finally got like a good 9 hours last night and I feel so much better today. I love that the weather has gotten cozy and I can keep my windows open at night and curl up in my blanket and have that perfect high 60s sleep.
