I used to pay ₹40, but the delivery guy now asks for ₹50, even though I live less than 1 km from the distributor. With inflation and job uncertainty, everyone is working hard and trying to manage rising expenses. For example, even 1 kg of onions now costs around ₹60 in some places. I’m also working hard, so who is giving me tips for doing my job?
I understand delivery workers deserve fair pay, but tips shouldn’t keep increasing. One day ₹50 may become ₹75, then ₹100. Some may say it’s not a big deal, but what if it reaches ₹100 per cylinder?
Is this common across Bengaluru? How much do you pay, and has refusing the tip affected your deliveries?

I saw a few spray paint writings on the walls like "Go vegan" in few places long ago.
But now it's everywhere! Like literally every major parts of the city has "Not your mother not your milk" sign.
What's up with this? Why is nobody recognising them and taking action?

Hi All,
I’m very curious
How much do SALARIED architects with say 10 years of experience make?
Is it even enough afford a top tier city’s cost of living?
Like which part of the city do you think you’ll be able to afford living? Indira nagar? Jayanagar?
How many days a week do you work and for how long?
I’m curious to know.
Thanks a lot. :)

Hello all
Im looking for a good demonologist around BTM or Jp nagar.
My Issues:
So if anyone has similar issues knows any good doctor around the area please feel free to suggest me.
Been having the above issues from long time.
Lately i see hair-fall also because of this puking dandrutt....
For precaution i used lemon on my head before a headbath and used only RO water for Hair wash.
Present I'm using minimalist product suggested by a friend
By the way I'm a guy age 29 i don't know whether this info is relevant.
Edit: the reason why im asking in this sub is, there are lot of dermatologists but i dont know which one is genuine and who is good at treating most of them try to mint money rather than solvung the problem, so if anyone know good doc pls suggest

There is construction going on near my place, it has become very noisy. They have built probably 6 floors till now. How do I find out if they are going to build even more floors, can I check it online somewhere ? I can not take it anymore, I got laid off so need peacful place for study and proper sleep, they are ruining my sleep daily. I am thinking of vacating my PG if they have further plans. But if its coming near to end I can tolerate a bit. I am also seeing their plans of building more buildings.
I do not want to ask anyone there as I am not a local and afraid of facing some angry local. Due to my current situation I don't want problem with anyone.

Hi there 👋
I received an offer from Standard Chartered for the Analyst, Development role under its Apprenticeship Program.
My joining date is November 11, 2026, and my location is Bengaluru.
Is anyone else joining on the same date, especially in Bengaluru? It would be great to connect.
I also requested a transfer to Chennai due to family circumstances, but HR said it wasn’t possible.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Is location reconsideration possible before joining, or is the initial allocation usually final?
