Question Looking for an honest & fair mechanic

I just moved to SC & I'm looking for an honest and trustworthy mechanic in Aiken/Augusta/North Augusta area. Any recommendations? I need to have my 2007 Honda Accord checked out. Appreciate your help. Thx

Politics Go Vote Early

Friendly reminder that early voting has started for the 2026 general and special elections. Find your early voting location and check your voting eligibility here: https://mvp.sos.ga.gov/s/

Once you put in your info, you can see Sample Ballots to prepare for the polls. Ballotpedia is a great resource to research the candidates and to make an informed decision.

If anyone has questions or needs help, I'd be happy to assist.

EDIT: Most, if not all, Early Voting locations open the polls at 8AM and stay open until 5PM. If you're in line before 5PM, they will still let you vote.

... construction is getting on my last nerve. Anyone know when they're projected to be complete? I thought this fall, but idk where I heard that. Also, what is up with Telfair...? They been working on that a long time and have those big round orange white "traffic barrels" all over the place.

Anyway, still worth it to go get a fresh baked pop-tart at New Moon Cafe. Go try one if you haven't. I'm not affiliated with them, lol, i just like em a lot and everything I've had there is delicious. But good luck locating the sidewalk, don't get whacked by a vehicle or construction truck 😭

Also, voted early today - Go Vote and take someone with you!!
