I only just got my critique back on Lesson 1 myself, so I'm not really experienced enough to say whether or not you're ready to move on. On the other hand, I've got my own feedback fresh in my mind, so I might be able to point out some stuff you can work on, too.
The main thing I see is your Ellipses. They're actually pretty smooth and a nice shape (better than mine, for sure), but they need to fill the space more. Some of them have gaps between them in the tables and a lot of the ones in the funnels and the planes aren't touching the sides. I see this particularly in the Ellipses in Planes - you want each ellipse to touch all four sides of each plane that it occupies.
I'm actually kind of shocked by how neat your rotated boxes are - nice job! If I had to critique it, I think you're meant to have at least one more layer of boxes, further rotated. Not that I'd worry overmuch, you look like you were running out of space and this wasn't an exercise you were really expected to nail out of the gate, anyway.
Anything beyond that, I could be misleading you from my own misunderstanding, so I'll stop there. Hope this helps.

Can you tell me what the meaning of these are? Especially the first one. How is practice a straight horizontal line helpful?

Look up drawabox, these exercises are from lesson one. The purpose of the horizontal lines is to train line accuracy and fluidity
