Hi all, I am really struggling to find maps as inspiration for my cottagecore island as theres not many on Pinterest with the same layout as me and I really want to keep my big lake thing but I am so bad at terraforming that I just need a lot of inspo to be able to terraform a blueprint. I dont like extremely blocky elements or blocking my secret beach either. I’d like to keep my museum top left but yeah i have no idea how I am gonna fit everything else

So I just tried making my first slumber island ever yesterday and I love it! Well the idea of it! But my issue is I barely have anything in my furniture items to place on the island!! For some odd reason it’s 90% clothes and food- yes I do have some things like fountains and books ect. But I’m just confused cuz my main island is FULL to the max with stuff so why can’t I use those things on the slumber island? I’m very confused what stuff it’s even using cuz I do see some DLC items to but I don’t even think it has all of them on there either. Google says something about cataloging items and I’m confused what that means. It also says you can buy things from Wardell which I have a little in the past in the dlc- so are all things from Wardell transferred over? Someone please help me get more stuff to put on my slumber island , I was so excited to make my island this morning😭. I really do have SO MUCH stuff on my main island(it’s one of the reasons I’m doing this cuz there’s no more room on my OG island- so confused why all those items are not showing up as an option to place.)

Wanted to incorporate some of my favourite underdog villagers, kitt especially, for the halloween theme i want to start on. ofc stitches is a go-to villager for a halloween themed island but i feel that he gets enough love already, any underdog villager recommendations to replace him with?

So I've played ACNH on and off for years, but always dip cuz I never know what to do. Now, I love Tomodachi Life Living the Dream, and in that game you can build pathways for Miis to walk on. And apparently, if I researched right, villagers in New Horizons will do the same thing, tho can still walk randomly? That is to say, how I play Tomodachi has inadvertently given me many ideas for how to design my island in New Horizons. Praise be :3
