Hello r/ARTIST users! A friendly reminder to make sure your submitted artwork is:

- Clearly photographed,
- Not blurry, distorted or pixelated,
- Does not have background elements such as yourself (no selfies please, art only), easels or tables,
- Not under low light conditions.

This makes it more enjoyable for everyone who is browsing the subreddit and it will do better justice to your artwork. Thank you and carry on!

Hello and welcome everyone! This subreddit was largely unmoderated for many years. We are welcoming suggestions for improvement, please post below! So far it will mostly remain the same, and please do not make posts about tasting your painting. Bad artist, bad!
