Drawn from reference, I just tried to simplify/stylise it, I struggled with that little guy looking like a bear or a weird seal, but I think I got it to look like a dog in the end

i’ve been doing nothing but drawing since October of last year. i’m filled to the brim with hatred for ai generated art and the people who support it.

Hii, VictorTael here, I’m late on Linktober, but I’m working so hard on every drawing I’m making.
This one is my work in progress for my next illustration, I hope finishing it mostly by tomorrow!

Used pecil, colored pencil, watercolor, and some cool caran d'ache neocolor ii water soluble crayons. They're pretty opaque, as they're what I used to go over the sky.

I drew this on Monday, craving to represent what I have seen in med school. Hugely inspired by The Anatomy of the Human Body by William Cheselden, but with a completely anatomically accurate piece from Anatomy Learning. I have not drawn anything relevant since I was 15 (three years ago), and this was a nice experience. What do you guys think? How can I improve the values?
