Hi guys! I've come to make an unofficial statement based on happenings within the Ryubing Discord server and provide some clarity on what's going on with Ryubing.
Ryubing's server is hosted in Kyiv, Ukraine. This is where the data is hosted for the Forgejo server (git.ryujinx.app), which supplies the emulator and source code for its users.
As of September 23rd, 2026, this server has been unresponsive.
At first, it was thought that there was some sort of outage, but the host provider confirmed that a Russian missile strike against Ukraine knocked power out to the data center. This is a recent military strategy change, they started targeting data centers and IT infrastructure to further isolate and damage Ukraine. According to the provider, they're looking to move the servers and customer data to a new data center, but this is taking time, as they're performing risk assessments and calculations to ensure that a disruption like this doesn't happen again.
As a result, it's unclear when Ryubing's server will come back up. I'm confident that they will return eventually, but for now, users are without an option to view or download the source or the emulator itself.
I have an active archive of Ryubing that I'd like to share with you all; it's updated to the latest commit, and I put together builds for the latest Stable (1.3.3) and Canary (1.3.351) releases. I had to modify some of the source to get it to compile correctly, as the nuget server that hosts LibHac is also the same server that hosts the Forgejo (and as previously established, it is offline).

Canary: https://starforgejo.dev/archive/-/packages/generic/ryubing/canary-1.3.351
On October 5th, Greem brought up a second instance of the verifier bot, so at least you can still verify in their server. Please do not ask them for help with these builds, they are technically unofficial.
If you want to build Ryubing for yourself, I would recommend changing line 7 in nuget.config to use this instead:
cs
<add key="LibHacAlpha" value="https://nuget.ryulynx.org/v3/index.json" />
Or you can host your own using our source archive: https://starforgejo.dev/archive/LibHac_Ryubing
Hope this helps a couple of devs at least!
edit: since i was the one that uploaded the Citron archive to Ryubing's server in the first place, i was able to upload that archive to our forgejo as well

edit: Kenji-NX and MeloNX are also here. MeloNX has builds uploaded, we're still working on Kenji-NX, but you can always compile from source!
