There are a lot of yugioh cards where some aspects of the artwork can be missunderstood and I wish to know some examples of yugioh cards that you missunderstood or you see people commonly missunderstand parts of the art. Or some cards that have details that people rarely notice.

My example I give is Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch. For nearly 20 years I always though Thestalo's was wearing a helmet where you could see his right eye and it wasn't until watching Rata's Monarch video that I realized it wasn't his eye but his mouth and that he was screaming in the artwork. Making him less cool than what I had always imagined him being.

It can’t be nostalgia because the card stock and coloring feels so much more premium. (I know that Japanese cards usually are better than NA/English cards in terms of quality, but I prefer English vintage pre-DREV cards over them… they’re THAT magical)

That's right. Unlike his counterparts, Yuto is the only Yu-Boy who managed to secure a win against his respective Bracelet Girl, Ruri. Granted, Yuya did most of the heavy lifting during that Duel against Serena and Ruri, but Yuto was still an active participant this time around.

Up until that point, the Bracelet Girls had a flawless track record against their respective Yu-Boys. We never got to see Yuya beat Yuzu, and Yugo explicitly confirms that Rin always bested him in their Duels. Yuri easily could have broken this trend with a more legitimate, solo victory if the writers had simply let him Duel Serena, but unfortunately, those two barely even interacted.

Furthermore, let it sink in: if it weren't for Duel Links, Yuto's final interaction with Ruri would have been horrific. He succumbed to his rage alongside his brother Yuya to summon Odd-Eyes Raging Dragon, the most volatile hybrid born from their powers, incinerating both Serena and Ruri's fields along with them. To make matters worse, the dragons added unnecessary fuel to that blast, driven by their deep-seated hatred for what Ray did to them all those years ago.

I’ve heard that most two-tribute monsters sucked back then. And I guess they’re not even that good now. No one really tributes two monsters. But I wonder if there were any good ones. I don’t know too many, but my guess is Barrel Dragon. Decent stats and a potential monster destruction effect. But why use that over Blowback Dragon? Idk

Her loss to Atem was down to a last-minute draw, she could've beaten Marik if she didn't try summoning Ra. So many of her victories are off-screen. The Doma filler arc mad her such a sad person.

Hello everyone! I have been out of a job for the past few months and honestly it has given me more free time than I know what to do with. So I decided to make a game me and my friends have been wanting to play ever since we found the pokemon roguelike PokeRogue. So I am very happy and proud to announce that the first version of my game is now ready!

The game features:
A curated card pool to bring the power level down
Duels start at 4000LP and each player has 3 monster zones 3 spell/trap zones and 1 Field Spell Zone
Custom relics to be collected throughout your runs to be used in or out of a duel.
Three game modes.
Normal runs which is the main campaign consisting of 7 maps each representing a Millennium item always culminating in the millennium puzzle map and the final battle with the Pharaoh.
Challenge Runs where you can put difficulty multipliers for your runs. (unlocks after beating the Pharaoh)
Stage Select where you can choose and play one specific map. (unlocks after beating a map)
Unlockable starter decks and relics
Achievements
Controller Support

All credits/sources are listed and linked in the "?" icon in the main menu. All art, music and sfx is directly ripped from old Yugioh GBA games and the anime style cards were from a wonderful person on DeviantArt Tavolin. I am sorry if I have made any mistakes or used something I was not supposed to as this is my first time making and posting something like this. If there are any problems please feel free to contact me so I can remedy them. This is a fan project so expect bugs and issues but I am more than happy to hear them out.

I thought this one was a misprint as a kid, as his name clearly says THE DARK BEING... but no... he is light. What other cards contradict themselves by having unexpected types, attributes, or artwork?

I mean, they obviously should ban old floodgates and FTK cards like Deck Lockdown, Cannon Soldier, Protector of the Sanctuary, and a bunch more

But just doing that will not lower the power level of the current decks which is the main problem right now

The need to especially focus on generic extra deck cards, like Crystal Wing, Dugares, Quartet, Selene

Just banning Cannon Soldier which no one cares will not solve anything

Given we are about to hit the 10th anniversary of Dark Side of Dimensions and given the lack of an anime, I have been wondering if a similar movie would work for GX, 5Ds, Zexal, Arc-V, and/or VRAINS. I personally think it would take a LOT more marketing and fan support than DSOD due to the fact that DM is still the most recognisable era, but most have enough hardcore fans to market to.

For which ones, as much as a GX one would be the easiest to market, it would involve a lot of VA recasting, and I am not sure if there are enough loose ends to follow up on other than maybe the Light of Destruction. 5Ds did retcon Sayer/Divine is still alive in an art book, so a movie following him trying to rebuild the Arcadia movement, and Team 5Ds having to reunite to bring him down could work, and it could be a good idea to salvage some of the ideas they could do with all of the cult drama at the time. Zexal did end on a cliffhanger that could be followed up on with whatever is coming for Astral World. I am not sure what could be done for Arc-V, and as much as I would like more VRAINS, I am not sure how they could avoid all of the problems that plagued the show while it was airing.

Overall, I think it would be a good compromise for those who want more of the anime, while not committing to the more long-term support a multi-season would require.

From what I can tell there's nothing wrong with the rules established but is it just me or the rules are just... confusingly worded ? I feel like there were much better ways to word the whole thing.

Or maybe it's me cuz english isn't my native language, I don't know.

As for me, this is my current opinion:

So far, I've only played against this deck, but I've never actually piloted it myself and have only experienced it from the receiving end. Because of that, my impression is that it is a strategy primarily focused on hindering the opponent. It achieves this through a stun-oriented game plan that combines Life Point reduction via burn damage with effects that limit the number of effects the opponent can activate.

It is consistent enough to be a viable strategy, although it is not exactly my preferred playstyle. That said, I might give it a try in the future out of pure curiosity, provided I can find a variant that I find interesting.

Another question: do you think Angelechy's card effects should affect both players, or only the opponent? The strategy already comes with significant drawbacks, such as consuming almost the entire Extra Deck, locking you into LIGHT and DARK Synchro Summons, and carrying a high risk of drawing dead or otherwise unusable cards.

Already finish watching the first episode of spirt charms which feature eria the the water charmer and as always she pretty cute and she has lovely voice whcih CV Akari Kito which today is her birthday for anyone who is not really into girly anime series . Photon Lord is Insane in his own deck for sure being able to search, negate all while have protection on top, but outside of The Galaxy deck he is just Generic negate for rank 8's. Is he that problematic? If so, I wonder what peoples thoughts are on Number 38.

Remember how in the anime the Meklord Emperors had upgraded parts? After counting all their upgrades, I noticed they all coincidentally get four upgrades.

Skiel's carrier and attack both upgraded to 5. That's why Skiel didn't have an upgrade for his guard or top. Skiel Attack 3, Skiel Attack 5, Skiel Carrier 3, and Skiel Carrier 5. That's all four.

Wisel got Wisel Top 3, Wisel Guard 3, and Wisel Attack 3 which is three. But then Aporia revealed there is a Wisel Attack 5, which completes the four upgrades.

And then Granel had its Granel Attack 3. But then Aporia revealed Granel Guard 3 which makes two. But then revealed Granel Top 5 which means there has to be a Granel Top 3, completing the four upgrades.
