Same setup on two Android devices but different download qualities YTDLnis

Have same latest stable YTDLnis apks installed on two Samsung phones yet one downloads the 1080 video stream (best quality) but only 360p on the other with no option to pick a different stream (same 18+ video).

Can't figure out why or how to solve this

The 360p one either doesn't have ffmpeg and/or deno working on it, or has been flagged by the website (YouTube?) for violating some criteria, perhaps for flooding the server with too many requests.

ffmpeg is installed (bundled) and Deno was installed after reading your comment. Also, signed in for Cookies, but again, only 360p.

Also tried both the yt-dlp and newpipe as format source.

Finally had to give up and install PipePipe to grab the video at max quality.
